The most important thing is to choose the right school!

Just think how that will look on your office wall!

Right and wrong in general is a matter of preference. As is agreement or disagreement on topics.

So by that line of thought, no, no they cannot.

Baloney statement. Truth does not change based on opinion. In the 14th century, there was consensus in the scientific community that the Earth was the center of the Universe. We now know that to be false. Truth did not change. Those scientists were wrong.

I am beginning to think that practicing punting at altitude is actually detrimental. Kinda like hitting in Coors field.

My bad, how about "It used to be widely held consensus that Richard Gere looked better in jeans. We now know that to be patently false. Brad Pitt, has in fact, looked better in Jeans all along. Richard Gere fans were wrong." Better?

Here's a scenario for you. 2 separate outcomes.
A person walks out of a grocery store and drops $100 on the ground. 2 other people see the person drop the $100.

Person #1 walks up to the $100, picks it up and then returns it to the person they saw drop it.

Person #2 walks up to the $100, picks it up and then puts it in their pocket.

Right or wrong is only a matter of opinion in those potential outcomes. The only truth is that the person who dropped the $100 on the ground, dropped it on the ground.
The truth itself is unchanged, the matter of right or wrong falls into the perception and opinion of the person viewing the situation.

That is false. If you see who dropped the money, the right thing to do is to return it to them, as pocketing the $100 is stealing. And stealing is wrong.

Just as killing innocent people is wrong. Enslaving people is wrong, etc. Attempting to take away human rights is wrong. Yes, there is in fact a major difference been right and wrong. And it is the entire basis of the US Rule of Law.

If you do not see who dropped the money, the correct action would be to ask if anyone around dropped something or to leave in a secure place and advertise lost property. If no one claims it, it's yours. Though in instances like this, I'm not sure that the pocketer can be blamed if they don't say anything. Neither right, nor wrong, just questionable. Questionable is to be avoided.

I contend that without the difference between right and wrong, civilization could not exist.
