Poll needs an "all of the above" option. Distracted or impaired driving is dangerous regardless of what the distraction or intoxicant is.

More people text and drive, and do it at all times of the day, so ill say Text and Drive. Plus they consistently make the rest of us miss green turning arrows...

tests have already been done on this and its proven that texting on your phone is like 10x worse then drinking.

I think it has been proven texting puts you at greater risk, well in the study I saw a while back.
