Thanks for post you'd know alot more seeing him all the time. BTW I'd be fine with him being a Bronco.

Sooner or later you need a QB who masks the deficiencies. Pats have had a horrendous OL. I remember them actually using a TE at RT. Texans OL horrific. Watson masks it, Savage doesnít.

Thanks man. As much as I would love to see him be the next franchise QB of the Broncos, I'm sure we'll draft an OT.

If you want a laser arm, it's Josh Allen that you want.

edit: unless you mean accuracy and not a rocket.

Itís not that heís not a good kid. Itís that heís probably not a smart kid. Iíll be shocked if his Wonderlic tops 20.

This won't help in interviews. Couple this with the fact that he's a 1 read and run QB and i guess we will see...
He needs to gain weight.

I agree with you the importance of wonderlick, but I honestly do not see any red flags in this interview. Perhaps he just doesn't interview all that well?

Maybe not, but if he can learn a playbook and is football smart that will be the most important thing. Sad thing is the Broncos drafted Paxton and weren't able to identify Paxton would struggle with the mental aspect of the game.

That's just it. Lamar is a carbon copy of Paxton. One read and run, athletic QB. That's why folks are hesitant to him.

The throw alone off the back of a moving boat to a wakeboarder crossing by is enough to draft him.

I'd say that was right in 2015. So how does a one read and run QB throw for more yardage than Darnold?

No more project, can't read a defense, never played anything but a spread, o coordinator tells you what to do, one read and run QB.
No more Paxils. These guys just don't pan out.

Josh Rosen post game interview after losing to USC. Now I understand the Jay Cutler comparisons. I just wonder if Rosen cares more about winning than Cutler.

At the 2:30 mark he shows the competitive side of him I really like. This is from his first press conference after being named OU's starting QB in 2015.

2 years later...
