Default Where were the big changes ?

When will someone call this guy out in the Media. Where were these big Changes he promised us ? Looked like the same old ****.

I am also a Huge Elway the player fan, but Elway the GM is starting to rub me the wrong way. His Ego is clearly getting in the way. If he is not going to hold his coaches accountable almost 600 rushing yards on our D in two games or only scoring 3 points by half time when we were promised a huge turn around then he is not the right guy for the job.

We have a loaded roster of talent. The only reason these guys are playing like crap are coaches. If they don't want to take responsibly ( which they are not ) then he needs to or it needs to be put on him.

Bottom line , every week it's the same old stuff. More promises less results. It 's the first time in a long time as a broncos fan I can remember being down 10 points and knowing that there was zero hope for winning the game.

It's going to be the first time since 1972 that we will have back to back losing seasons if something doesn't change as of now.

Thanks for reading, needed to vent.

What did you want? We don't have a blue chip 1st round Rookie QB that is on his sit for a year scenario, playing him would be a big change. Chad Kelly didn't have the draft status that for some reason makes him a less desirable option.

There won't be a firing before the Bye-

Booker was featured in the 4th quarter, what else do you want?

If you can look at what we have left and tell me more than 2 additional wins, you're better than I am man. Oakland probably, MAYBE San Francisco? I know Cleveland will be the popular choice but sorry, they are equal if not better than us right now. I want to say Arizona, but I just can't. Not with David Johnson.

What about a simple big change in NOT GIVING UP ON THE RUN.

Yet again we were going to run it heavy then went to pass. So once again we give up on our running game which we are very good at and go to the pass which we suck ass at.

What loaded talent do you see? Outside of Von, Harris and Sanders this isn't exactly a stacked roster. Chubb, Sutton, Royce, Lindsay are rookies and granted look good but aren't guarantees. We have a few guys who were good that are now on the decline like Wolfe, Peko, Marshall, Stewart and DT. I'm not disputing our coaching sucks, but we aren't a highly talented team.

Unfortunately, VJ and staff with get a win over the lowly Cardinals - thus assuring this staff remains on-board until the off-season.

I guess the plus side of keeping them on-board is a higher draft pick.

But the down-side of that is we have to trust Elways judgement with that pick (they have to go QB)

So long story short...We are boned for years to come.

The only two changes that would really move the dial would be to change the play calling to feature the run more and/or to change QBs. Firing Joseph won't change anything. That will just appease the fans. At this point I'm neither for or against firing him. I'm totally in favor of changing the offensive play calling and QB.

Hey Elway, Why don’t you wear one of those stupid accountability T-shirt while you fire VJ?

Ok he said it but the problem is this team is all talk. Nobody does anything about the problem . This is why he is making this statement.

So Elway says we keep repeating the same mistakes that beat us week in and week out, and in the same breath, VJ says ''we are right where we want to be''

WHAT. A. TRAIN WRECK.

Yeah, I've been saying this for a few weeks now. People keep raving about all of the underachieving talent. Yes, VJ sucks and we'd be better with betting coaches. But we're really not all that talented.

The entire front office and coaching staff needs to go. I know High School Athletic Directors that could back fill everyone with better qualified employees

I think he knows he's finished... probably at a loss for not being able to succeed in this job.

To be fair....if Elway went out and paid good money for a free agent RB like we did for Keenum, and he was underperforming, Lindsay probably wouldn’t be seeing the field......and look what we would be missing out on...Lindsay is electric....kelly may have the same effect if he got a chance....sometimes you have to put your ego aside and admit a mistake and not let money decide who plays
