ahem
It is true that everyone is entitled to their full time OTC if they want it. However, if you know you want to wait on an offer or are just busy, do everyone a solid and pop onto the Mane and say something like: "Hey all, busy today and won't be able to review trades or make my pick until 5:30."

That way we know what's going on and aren't wasting our time waiting for a pick that isn't coming.

Communication, it's a great tool.

....I said....tool. heh.

I had a very, very strong feeling this would be the case. I think there's an equally good chance that's where he goes in real life if he's still on the board. I was willing to part with Donald if I could get value in doing so, but it seems like everybody wants quantity as always. The most enticing offer I got involved dropping all the way to the top of the 2nd, and by then Hageman or any other player I wanted in the first will likely be long gone.

I probably should have given a more definite estimate on the amount of time involved, so sorry about that. You're correct that communication is key as always. No worries, I'm enjoying this very much so far and will attempt to be better prepared for round two.

From Huron, born and raised. ( at that town.) A lot of family in Sufu. East River rules. Wish we had the Western terrain. Live in ND (Fargo) and everyone here tries to talk crap about SD. I am just Dakotan I guess. Decent states.

I'm not a big fan of Pryor that early. I think he's a solid prospect as a Strong Safety, and he'll probably go in Round 1, but I stamped him as an early to mid 2nd rounder.

Ro gets the player he likes at a big need and forces the hand on other safeties yet to be drafted. Will be interesting who is the #3 S taken and more importantly -- when. Definitely interesting.

I didn't crap on it. I farted on it and hung up. That was my counter offer. A gust of ****winds hoping to propel me to the top fifteen with a fifth rounder and 26 overall. Not likely. But Chicago could use an extra fifth. Get Hester's replacement. Might get a Top 100 guy still. Gamble.
