A lot of them. But he said he didn't see why he fell to the 2nd round.
That was why. I never said I agreed.

Which intangibles were David supposedly lacking?

Sorry man I had 10 elite players in this draft. Clinton-Dix was still there and filled a major need. I had to go get him

Because he fills a need or you love his game that much? Because I passed on him for the bounty.

It's interesting Mosley is knocked as a system player but Dix gets a pass from you?

Beats me, I was just reading some old scouting reports and articles on why he was originally projected as a 3rd round pick.

I would rather Ha Ha doesn't go to the Chiefs, if you know what I mean.

On the plus side, Reid sucks balls at developing defense so that means he will bust.

Well, it is getting interesting isn't it! I can not believe the raiders packaged the draft for Bortles in the OM draft, I would get that in real life but whatever

My list shrank quick, fast and in a hurry, but got the guy who was on my priority list (last guy at that)

1 - Pryor
2 - Dennard
3 - Dix
4 - Barr
5 - Hageman

ooofta. that was close, I may have had to wait another 10 hours waiting for a trade if he went....

I liked the move. I approach this as if it were the real thing, obviously, so that made sense to me. Bortles has a good chance to go #1 overall, so he could have a huge steal.

He'd sure as hell be better than anything they've got now.

Hageman has an absolutely humbling story. Good work, Ludo. Really rootin' for him. A tragic life.

Thanks Req, I just love the guy and Cards could really use some depth along that DL and a future star as Dockett is aging..

I really debated forcing Shazier or Mosley into their system, but they just dont have the size for what AZ wants their ILB to do and they are not big like they like their OLB to be in that 34 D.

A little too early for Hageman for me. Lots of talent though, could be a really good player and fits a 34 nicely. I have him in the back end of the 1st /early 2nd. Some concerns with technique and effort.

And a nice spot for Mosley to land in Green Bay. Should be good draft value unless that medical concern with his knee is legit.

I have similar worries about Dix, though some of his combine times are respectable when comparing him with other good players at his position. Unlike Mosley. If others want to over look that then they can. I just added that to his medical issues and lack of ideal bulk for his position and decided to put him in the pass category.

The Lions have been linked to Dix, Pryor, and one other safety yet to be drafted. So going with the realistic aspect of this game I tend to think they are high on Dix.

back end? like 3 picks away or 30-32?

Either way, to me he was the third best DL in the draft behind Clowney and Mack so I got the guy I wanted.

I am hoping he is not too much of a project (project being a year away from starting on the other end spot in the 34), but with his work ethic he will be great!
