We're set at WR right now. We need to improve the TE position much more.

Denver needs to find a way to score 24 ppg
With our defense 24 would be right there to get us into SB contention.
WRs like AB can provide instant offense.

Iím not certain Sanders will be ready to play or if heíll even be on the team next season. At this point in time, the Broncos are missing a vertical threat.

No argument at the TE position, but that is a different conversation. Okwuegbunam or Fant top the list.

"A team that traded for Brown would get him at cap costs of $15.125 million in 2019, $11.3 million in 2020 and $12.5 million in 2021. None of that is guaranteed. The team would get one of the top wide receivers in the NFL at a cost of $12.975 million per year with no guarantees."

This! So what if he can beat the entire defense deep when Keenum underthrows the ball or overthrows the underneath route?

And Who is calling the plays on offense? U need a coordinator before U start acquiring players

strange that people still believe keenum will be our QB. He is out along with Kubiak. I'm quite positive Kubiak played a big part bringing him to broncos. I think broncos will go for foles or drew lock in draft

No thanks to AB, heís a great receiver but this team is a lot more than just a receiver away.. would be a waste of his talents and our cap.

Because if you trade our #1 or #2 for AB how do you get a chance to move up for a QB?

His cap number isn't that bad. We could bring him in and give him an upfront bonus and make it even more doable.

Besides Sanders injury could be a 9-12 month recovery and his speed may not come back at his age. Achilles tears are no joke, one of the worst injuries you can have.

I would rather have a realible stud at TE, but those numbers are very reasonable for a player of ABís caliber. But if Elway is interested, then it would spell doom for Sanders for sure.

Steelers are stuck here. No way any team is ponying up a 1st or even a 2nd rounder. If you can get AB for a 3rd and a player, you do that all day. Ben Rape was really behind the whole incident which set him off.

FWIW, Denver is only on the hook for just over 1 million dollars in 2019 if they trade for Brown. If the Steelers trade him, they're eating 21 million in dead cap. It looks like they're okay with that, which shows you how much of a cancer he is.

if this were to come down to a sanders V brown choice, it should be no choice for JFE !
no town for brown,
MOOCH says he would take him on a clean slate, but,
as many have so sensibly commented, we need to focusing on doubling down in FA and the draft on a QB,before we even think about hitching a wagon to AB.
