Not really. He's currently the offensive line coach for a team that has little interest in ever promoting him. He would be taking a job as an offensive line coach for a team that considered him for Head Coaching duties and could be looking to promote him up the chain in the future. At worst, its a lateral move.

Maybe, but he has family in Denver and would be closer to them if he joined.

He's never gonna replace Tomlin so maybe he just wants to be closer with his family and get a new start in a different town.

Best DL coach in football, best OL coach in football and the best defensive coordinator in football running the show.

Need to keep adding pieces but this team will NOT be fun for anyone to play.

Munchak has family in the Denver area according to the internet. Wouldn't be shocked to see it happen - it seems like Munchak's daughter and his grandchild live in Denver which I'm sure is a huge selling point for him. I think if Elway gives him a bit of a raise from what he is making now he can get him to Colorado.

"I texted him yesterday when I saw about Denver interviewing him," Roethlisberger told 93.7 The Fan on his radio show on Tuesday. "Thatís the one that makes me nervous is the Denver job because of his family. I think the linemen, weíre all gonna try to get his family move back to Pittsburgh to get him not to leave.

True! Not to mention we're all just small specks of dust in a vast universe waiting to die anyway.

This right here. Ability to see his daughter and his grandkids. This would be a massive hire for the team.

I believe it is one of the reasons we got Kollar as well. Outside of his relationship with Wade, I believe his daughter and grandkids are also local.
