Zac Taylor was supposed to be OC, like I said. Bengals hired him, so Elway has been scrambling. Dennison was never going to be back in CO, no matter what baloney Klis tweets. Elway isn't going to hang his legacy with retard Dennison, who is a smarmy, dumbass, backstabber, who thinks he's smart.

Kubiak is either too dumb to realize his crew is trash, or he just doesn't know anybody competent who can teach the OL. Either way, doesn't matter.

Elway going full Wyatt Earp firing from the hip

Shannyd definitely be a step up from Kubes.

Just sad how people have no clue how much worse it could get.

Kubiak's offense is outdated, not sure why you'd want him.

If Kubiak wanted his old guys (Parini, Dennison, etc), he wasnt gonna change/adapt to the new schemes being run.

Denver needs to get into that, Kubiak's system stinks.

You do realize that "new" and "not ****ty" aren't synonymous, right?

Do YOU realize that every coach needs a start somewhere and that “experience” often times equals complacency?

Atlanta and Ryan do not have that 2016 season without Kyle evolving between 2015 and 2016. No more forcing bootlegs on Ryan from 2015.

https://amp.si.com/nfl/2016/10/07/at...an-julio-jones

Biggest difference from Kyle to Kubiak. Kubiak is a stubborn coach.

Kyle:
“People talk about players fitting a system—that’s overrated,” Shanahan said. “Good players fit everyone’s system, a good player will fit your system. Julio fits any system. Our tight ends, Mohamed Sanu, Matt Ryan, they should fit your system. So what is our system? Yeah, we have outside zone, and play-action and keepers off it.

“But coaches need to adjust their system. It changes game-to-game, year-to-year. You see New England, if it’s [Tom] Brady, they’re not running [the quarterback] keeper, but you have the other two running bootlegs. You have to match what your guys do, and make it work for them. That’s how you give everyone the best chance.”

Not the same yes, but Kubiak's offense hasnt worked in years. I dont get why you act like hes this offensive genius.

Maybe in the 90's but in this day and age, his offense is easy to scheme against.

Didn't say he was a genius. I said he was a 6 or 7.

Which is better than we're going to find surfing position coaches from 4-12 teams.

So only those experienced as OC are acceptable? No team should ever hire an inexperienced OC? That’s seriously your position?

Sorry, brah. When you most relevant experience was at "Wagner College" you're not quite callback material on running an NFL offense.

Keep crying about possibly having a ****ty offense instead of definitely having a ****ty offense. It’s hilarious.

anything is an upgrade over Kubiak's crappy offensive schemes. Im glad Elway is as sick of Dennison as anyone around here and put an end to it. I have faith in Fangio even moreso if he heard the crap kubiak wanted to prance back out as our Offensive leadership and put an end to it. if we get nothing else from Fangio its already an upgrade losing that staff from Dove Valley. Be young, be bold take some chances, no where to go but up.

I was pretty happy earlier today when I got the notification that Kubs will NOT be the OC. I was never on board with him as OC and thought the Broncos offense was quite stale with Kubs leading the team as HC.

I know that many others have shown similar sentiment in this thread, I though I'd chime in as well.

Yes, Earl Leggett and Babe Parelli are livid that Kubiak wasn't accommodated...

Just heard on The Fan that NO former SB winning coach ever later became a coordinator for any team, let alone thier same team. If true, It’s unbelievable, but now that Kubes has blown out of the Broncos, he apparently will have to reverse that trend with a different team.

That is pretty crazy when you think about it. I was thinking about how wild it was that a coach that won a SB just 3 years ago would be coordinating for the same team. Moving from SB winning HC to FO to OC in a 3 year span for the same team is a rollercoaster. Happy it didn't pan out though hah.
