A big reason KC has so many playoff losses was that we had built teams that kept on dragging absolutely horrible quarterbacks into playoff games. Perhaps a good bounce here or there you win one or two of these with the garbage QB. Even if you do, NONE of those KC teams was ever going to win jack ****. We never had anywhere close to the kind of QB play required.

You put Pat Mahomes on ANY of those Chiefs teams and we aren’t talking about decades of fails.

We aren’t losing this Saturday.

The list of QBs the Colts have played since this winning streak started in week 7:

Derek Anderson
Derek Carr
Blake Bortles
Blaine Gabbert (x2)
Ryan Tannehill
Cody Kessler
Deshaun Watson (x2)
Dak Prescott
Eli Manning

Denver could have drug Case Keesum to the playoffs if you’d had this schedule. Colts are a paper Tiger.
Have you seen Luck the past two weeks? He is healthy now and making impossible throws look easy at times. I adore your young QB and he’s probably the MVP, but it could be argued you still don’t have the better QB.

I think the chiefs are going to win. The colts only hope is to run the ball efficiently and keep the chiefs offense off the field for as much of the game as possible. The chiefs are going to hang at least 30 on them imo.

I think if the Chiefs lose, it will be because their QB has very little playoff experience. Most franchise QBs go through this. Next level, high expectations, etc. - although Patrick does seem to be pretty grounded. But still, a single pick might make him question himself, and it could go downhill from there.

They have a great chance to win, but with a very young QB, it can go south quickly.

I don't really care for either team, and the only reason I want the Chiefs to win is so the Cheatriots won't have home field. I do think it will be a good game though. Colts are tough, but that Chiefs offense is deadly. Hoping the Chugs go up there and thump on the Cheatriots.

I actually wouldn't mind seeing the Chiefs win, and the Chargers Win, to have a Chiefs Chargers showdown in the AFCCG... Where the Chargers blow the Chiefs the **** out.

I want the Chiefs to win and i think they get the monkey off their back. I dont want them Patriot mother****ers getting a AFC championship game at Foxboro. The Chiefs need to run the ball against the 7 man boxes cover 2 defense that the Colts play. The Chiefs will lose if Andy Reid calls something like 18 runs and 45 passes. I think the Williams kid rushes for at least 120 if Andy Reid stays patient. I want a Chiefs Chargers AFC championship game at Arrowhead. I will then be rooting for Rivers and the Chargers to get to the Superbowl.

I think OP is a jinx. When you switched from SD/LAC allegiance to the Broncos, you moved their bad mojo to us. 2 years of you as a fan and we're 5-11 and 6-10. I think it was you all along. And now you've brought it to us. This post now has the power to give KC good playoff juice. They're going to win this week, and you should post no more.

I have said it before and will say it again. Andy Reid actually excels in most areas of being a head coach. He just has a Greek Tragedy level weakness when it comes to gameday management. If he had simply swallowed his pride and hired and assistant coach and delegated game-day management to him, he would probably have two Lombardi's by now.

If you're rooting Chargers, why are you worried about an AFCCG @ Foxboro?

Chargers Colts @ the LA Teacup would be the best Broncos fan outcome and hilarious all at the same time.

Mahomes will be around for a long while, Brady has gotten his and about 5 others worth of rings so I think I’ll pull for Rivers given his Rodeo days are very numbered. I’ve always like Brees too so a bit torn here.

Can't wait to watch Jones vs Nelson when they line up across from each other... I could see Nelson getting under his skin for a couple free fifteen yarders.

Give DC's a year or two more on Mahomes and we'll see his average play return. Tendencies will be acknowledged and plans in place. Remember how unstoppable Cam was....

This will be Mahomes first playoff game. The Colts are going to turn the amp up to 11 and he won't be able to handle it. Plus, Andy Reid. I really really hope someone is bottling up the tears of chiefs fans. I bet they'll make great bitters for my Old Fashioned.
