Past living with Shanny. He can set up our first 20 plays for the new coach then leave. No Asst. GM position either.

The blocking **** reeks of insecurity and is total amateur hour/bush league imo. If Kubiak wants to stay here, let him decline to be interviewed by x, y, or z team. If you're the Broncos, what's the harm in letting him be interviewed? We're really experiencing the ripple effects of a lack of ownership within the organization. It makes me sad. Pat wouldn't put up with this ****.

Huh? Not one losing season, three double-digit win seasons, and hosting an AFC Championship game in Ď05. You prefer the current situation?

I prefer to take my chances on a new direction.

Did you enjoy the 3 game lead over the Chargers with 3 to play and blew it during the Shanny era? He was done, he got a chance in Washington and now no one is knocking on his door. I don't want 8-8 as we got at the end of Shanny era. I would rather take my chances with Radio and go for the gusto then be average.

If Radio is going for the gusto then I donít wanna play anymore. I understand the Shanahan tenure became stale. I didnít like the mediocre seasons where we faded either. All I know is he is a proven professional that can fix the mess. Pair Mike with Gary and they can turn this thing around quickly and get us back to a level of respectability and possibly more.

24-40 in his last coaching tenure tells you he can fix this mess why?

Right on, I like that we are reserving the clause to keep him in our organization. Moreover Iím glad itís mutual.

Do you know for a fact is was because of him?
Which players were his choice?
Maybe it was because they were picking in the #5 spot?
Maybe they got lucky this year?

The only addition that we know was because of him was...Keenum.

There's a big difference between having him work in a draft consultant capacity and implementing Kubiak's offense in 2019.
