I hope a team like the Giants trade for Wentz or Foles. Then Broncos can trade up with Philly to get Lock or maybe wait to see who falls to them if they like Jones and Grier.

What? For all you or anyone knows, lock could bust. You got a proven franchise QB in Wentz and you want to take your chances with lock?

If Wentz is available, Denver needs to get in on that. I doubt he is though.

Heís not really at all like Mahomes. Heís more like Big Ben.

Mahomes is also a whinny, emotional b**** who is about to get bounced from the playoffs. Haskins isnít at all emotional and conducts himself very well on the field.

Also...do you even watch football?

I doubt he will be, and it would depend on the cost. I was thinking there could be a bidding war, but didn't consider the Eagles wouldn't want to trade him within the division. Foles I'm Meh on though. Don't want to pay him 25 million a year.

They dont have any QB's past 2019 under contract.
Of course you commit long-term to Wentz if you get him. What a strange comment.

If Kubiak becomes OC, I would not expect a QB in the first round. That would be changed into a T or another Olineman. Keenum would likely perform better in a Kubes O. Thus, the Oline for running and pass pro. I could see a Stidham or a Plummer-style QB. Fits the roll out, moving pocket that Kubes likes. Entire O changes.

D will change, and I could see a Greedy Williams or an LB in the first. The staff should have good conversations over the directions they will go as a team. Really, the whole draft objectives will change if they go with Kubes as OC. Mock drafts that have a classic drop back pocket passer will be wrong,IMNOHO. It should be interesting. The times they are achanging.

Haskins is a good prospect, and he should be in the league for years unless he is a total headcase

But what sold me on Mahomes was the mental stuff. Thatís what separates athletes from franchise quarterbacks

Iíd be okay with that. Stidham has lots of talent. He just hasnít quite put it together.

Given my absolute horrid history of predicting which QB prospects will actually succeed in the NFL, I think you can pretty much bet on the opposite of my takes and you would end up with a pretty solid return on investment.

But, for what it is worth, I have started to become increasingly wary of QBs whose value shoots up the board following their final College regular season game. Pro Days and Combine showings and Shrine Games mean less and less to me now, though they still manage to wow front offices.

The guy is tough, smart, been coached well, has good size, good skillset....paired up with Kubes could be a really good fit. A smart motivated player like Jones is like the anti-Paxton.

It does seem unlikely, but if Foles makes another run, Philly canít let him walk. Thereís no denying Wentz is a better QB in a vacuum, but itís getting pretty hard to deny that Foles isnít better in that system.

Watched that hi lite film and saw a guy who locks in on his receiver from the time he receives the snap. never looks off or even at a second guy.

He will be a TO machine in the nfl.

This also plagued Murray in the entire Bama game.

makes the QB class that much more interesting if true, especially if the Broncos decide to wait and pick up a defensive player or OT with pick 10.
