I bet all 32 teams run the ball more when they are protecting a lead than they do when they are trying to comeback. Thatís one reason the winning team has more rushing attempts.

half time now in LA:
rams 24 rushes, cowboys 9.
all these CLOWNS who say these teams get passing leads then sit on those leads by running the ball are LOST in their own pass game drool buckets.

its a common belief but not always the determinater. MORE times then not its when one HC abandones his own run game, even in the first half.
at this point in the rams game the cowboys have abandoned the run with 9 minutes left in the third quarter.

absolutely wrong, KC ran the ball then the colts who abandoned their run game in the first half of the third quarter.
100% correct tomorrows games will be the same
If you run the ball more than your opponent, ATTEMPTS, I dont give a rats arse about anything else, you win!

How stupid are you? When you bumped this thread I pointed out at that time that KC had a 2 to 1 pass to run ratio. You mentioned first half run numbers but failed to mention KC had ran over 40 plays. You also say the Volts abandon the run whichnisnt true they just couldn't get first downs and were running the ball with 7 min left down 3 scores. Quit being a dumb ****. Its not hard to figure out the team that runs the most plays usually picks up the most first downs and has the higher score. Like I said you arent the sharpest knife in the kitchen.

You're crazy Chef.
You're telling us that in the big Rock Candy Mountains where your brain lives.... if we ran 60% of the time with Booker and McKenzie behind sambraillo and Schofield with Lynch as our QB... We would win?

Nice story bro. I think it is a great fantasy.

no %s
No yards
no passing stats
the critical quantity is the # of rushes compared to your opponent.
I am saying ANY team that will show the commitment to the run and run the ball MORE TIMES THAN THEIR OPPONENT will WIN.
big rock candy mountain,
over the raibow
regardless of your position players.
Hate the results, hate the stats, its reality
this years play-offs our focus;
every single team that has run the ball more times than their opponent has won
6 fo 6 and come monday it will be 8 for 8

I put ZERO qualifiers on my prediction, said nothing about turnovers or time of posession or missed kicks, none of that
no qualifying scenarios other than

ONE SIMPLE CONCEPT.
you run the ball more times than your opponent, you win !

if you want to speculate on all the reasons why and how it works, fine, but I am telling you and the games are showing you, that run commitment is NOT something to dismiss or take lightly.
and the clowns who think the modern NFL is all about passing are 100 % wrong !
THe veryu worst thing about our bronco offense this season was our LACK of run commitment.

Chef came up with a great theory. The team that has the most plays and the TOP wins the game. I just stick with whoever scores more points. Chef has had to adjust his theories over the year. It used to be run the ball 30 times equals a win.

" defense wins championships"
" points come from the passing game"
My prediction is far more concise and clear, but my detracters continue to defy the inevitable sunrise, too filled with hate to see simple reality.
OMG the chef is right the world is ending the sky is falling.
6 for 6 should be enough to tender a rational thought, will you suurender your hoipeless defiance when it becomes 8 / 8 ?
I doubt it, childish punk will die a fool.

9997 out of 10000 is absolutely false. Whoever has a lead heading into the 4th quarter probably had the most rushing attempts protecting that lead. Any team that successfully came back in the 4th quarter probably had less rushing attempts. Your theory is probably closer to 9 out of 10. Maybe even less.

Frank Reich should be FIRED for not handing the ball off to Mack every SINGLE play.
MORE rushing ATTEMPTS is all it takes to WIN.

LOMBARDI said so.

(Am I doing it right?)

yes because lombardi and I were both quoted as saying, "never throw the ball." classic mane rebuttle, make up shyte, attach it to your adversary, and then call them on it.
so childlike and pathetic, almost trumpian.

Dumbass, you really think Chargers should be running the ball to win this game? After this big lead, you think Patriots should be running the ball? Did you come out of your Mom this stupid or did it take years of perfecting the art?

this thread is a thorn in the side of everyone that's pass drugged
and everyone that hates a defiant chef

You admit to being distracted by truth and reality, that's a start.
