Be careful what you wish for Thomas draws the defenses number one corner and double teams without him the others won't look so good

So let me understand this. Case is still playing iffy as hell and you want to trade the best WR on the team?

I love Sutton's potential but we just went through a season in which there was talk of Sanders being a locker room cancer and ya'll want him as the #1 WR?

Sanders is the best WR on the team so yeah I want him. He can still separate where 88 has lost a step. The locker room cancer was an exaggerated DMAC story

Sanders is not the best WR on the team. He even says that himself.

People do that all the time and down play stuff out of respect. Why would Denver not entertain offers for Sanders but they listened on DT? If you don't think Sanders is the best WR on the team you are just believing what you want to or are not watching the games.

Sanders has said that every year since he has been in Denver. It's not out of respect. He says it because DT draws the main coverage and the only double teams which frees Sanders up to always be single covered.

He's got the best rapport with Keenum, that's not the same as being the best WR on the team.
If you watch the games and the coverage, DT is treated like a #1, Sanders is treated like the #2 and the guy they will live with killing their D.

By the way I don't think it's earth shattering news...but I do think it's funny that you guys are having a fire sale now even after a win.

Your brass can read the writing on the wall...this is the start of a rebuild.

Von might be on the chopping block in 2020 because he's no spring chicken.

Who gives a fook . Miller has already cemented his legacy in the biggest game and will be a HOFer

Mahomes will have to do the same. Getting to the AFCC is not good enough. You need to win the Super Bowl

This is a wishful thinking thread, no team is dumb enough to trade for DT.

I'm not sure if that's really happening anymore. I'm sure one of those advanced stats sites keeps track of double teams and match ups. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that Thomas isn't attracting the attention that he used to.

Even in his prime he was totally shut down by physical DBs one on one. Logan Ryan, vontae Davis, etc would clown him regularly.

It would come down to a major injury on a contender.... he just isn't game breaking enough at this point to warrant trading for him outside that scenario.

That's not true anymore. Teams dont gameplan for DT. They have such as the Pat's done it for Sanders since he is the guy who will kill you.

Unfortunately they can cut him after this season and free up a ton of cash.

Also, tossing DT puts Sutton in the spotlight more yes, but it also means Hamilton will take over for Sutton's spot.

Hate to say it, but does it really matter? Chiefs are gonna crush us Sunday! Even without Houston. Hows Elway finding a decent qb, or coach working for us? Gonna be 7 straight losses to them Sunday!
