The 1st order of business is Hugh Freeze getting his walking papers from Ole' Miss.

So he made a call to an escort agency.. big deal.

We'd lose thousands of Doctors lawyers politicians mayors etc etc etc if escorts came to light.

Apparently there was an ethics clause in his contract that prevented him from calling hookers on his university supplied phone.

Houston Nutt is balls deep in this mess.

Baylor's entire athletic program being shut down could be order of business 1a.

Freeze being let go isn't shocking considering the smoke around the program. They wanted to get rid of him but needed a reason to not pay him.

Screw Baylor. Not a fan of the Buffs either but couldn't put them in the same sentence as BU, no matter how much I don't like 'em.
Go TCU (class of '09), Go CSU (class of '95)!!!

Is this the year Miami (FL) finally gets back to winning or will I have to put up with Scribe making mealy mouthed excuses for Richt at the end of the year again?

I'm thirsty as hell to start winning again.

The 2017 Canes have alot of talent in the front 7 in particular, including what might be the nation's best DL and an excellent LB corps. The secondary has more questions, as Miami is relying on grad and JUCO transfers to hold down the fort at corner along with promising sophomore Malek Young.

The offense returns many talented playmakers at the skill positions including standouts Mark Walton and Ahmmon Richards. Miami is excited about freshman WRs Jeff Thomas and Mike Harley as well as all purpose threat DJ Dallas. There's an open race to replace Brad Kaaya at QB expected to be won by true freshman dual threat N'Kosi Perry. Perry is gifted and is a good fit for Miami's RPO but starting a true freshman in the ACC at QB means there will be growing pains. The offensive line remains a question mark but Nevaughn Donaldson should be a big boost.

This is a very talented team on paper but with a staff that needs to start winning big games not just recruiting battles.

We're only a couple weeks from camp.

I'm getting hard, Scribe. Let's Go Canes!

Does someone finally bring in a better recruiting class than Alabama this year? Does Harbaugh get his first win over OSU as coach of UM? Maybe a homer pick, but I'm thinking this is OSU's year.

If you don't like Richt, you are more than welcome to go back to Golden.

Darnold looks like Beavis, but may be the best pro-style QB i've seen play at the college level.

You may be thirsty but Golden ****ed up Miami more than Hoke ****ed up Michigan. Gonna take some time. Though Richt should have them in the mix this year.
