Andrew Luck is Tim Tebow with the ability to throw the ball and read a defense

That is a compliment btw

I'd say he's more a bigger, stronger, faster John Elway. For all those now hyperventilating, please note that nowhere did I say "better".

Of course. Such comparisons are usually silly and pointless. But there are so many parallels between Elway and Luck. And no player has even remotely reminded me of Elway as much as Luck does.

I think Big Ben is that guy that reminds me of Elway. That is pre 300 pound ben who has spent too much time eating kraut dogs, perogies and that union beer from Pitt. That is my own opinion though. Luck is a good comparison too.

Outside of the Stanford connection, not much reminds me of Elway.
Manning is a better comparison to Elway and he's a pocket sloth.
No one reminds me of Elway, just like no one reminds me of Montana, Marino or etc.

Each player stands on his own and is different. To compare them in terms of impact is one thing, "He could have a John Elway type of impact on a franchise and likely have a similar career trajectory."
to state "This kid reminds me of John Elway from the way he....." is always so silly to me.

Lol, did you watch Elway play? Or were you perhaps just a kid when he played? Manning is most certainly not a better comparison, that's foolishness.

Is for me. The only way I can see unread posts it to use the 'last post' tab.

When I do post I get a "can't find this page error message". I did find a work around but it takes a few extra steps.

Right now it shows me 655 is current page. If I click on any higher than that it just takes me to the last page.
