Is it? I’d say it’s how you and yours have viewed it for the last 242 years. Perhaps you just need a little time to ponder the fact that Rump is not going to be able to preserve the white supremacist state. That has been the dominate theme...I get that...but sugar coating it or denial of that fact doesn’t alter history.

Viewed it?

Nah.

Feared it, maybe... when potentially guided by deeply statist instincts such as yours.

You entered this conversation as I was talking to one of your alt-right fascist pals, who was chortling over the illegitimate, unconstitutional act of the current dictatorship and their henchmen...one forged by the new white supremacist party you've elected and supported.

That same philosophy has guided the country since it's inception, a fact you're powerless to deny given that the only changes to it were recent, won by the shedding of blood, and are now in jeopardy once again.

Of course you've viewed it this way, as have all you people. You wanted a state where you alone were in control, and the clown you support on this thread make this abundantly clear.

The problem is, you're not going to control things forever, and you should ponder that long and hard when you think about the nature of the changing demographics that will soon be here.

Or don't...I don't care, because that change is coming sooner than you realize, and no election of a racist POS like the one you "Republicans" elected can stop it.

Every year we concede just a little more ground on treasured institutions that made the US special...

I have no desire to control the destiny of other free men.

That's your dream.

The ruling are coming in. I always see SCOTUS deciding big issues as the most important things happening, so I am surprised political interested people generally don't pay attention. Seems like the board doesn't really follow it.

In a big win for civil liberties I was happy they ruled police need a warrant to use your cell phone GPS data. In a big blow to liberals was the court punting on political gerrymandering and basically re-affirming that gerrymandering that benefits one party rather than the other in districting ‘is not illegal, but is simply the consequence of assigning the task of redistricting to the political branches.’” This means Democrats are in big trouble the more the all congregate to big cities where Republican governors can pack or pick the districts to benefit the Republicans!

I have been telling people all along the biggest development politically in the last 20 years was the Republicans blocking Obama's SCOTUS pick and then Trump putting in Gorusch.

The Scotus rules today the travel ban is legal and within the Presidents authority! Stay the **** out!

Conservatives win on if a baker has to make a gay cake, they win on gerrymandering, they win on the travel ban, it's a 3-peat b****es! Better seek out that safe spot.

It's not the Supreme Courts fault you don't understand the difference between rigging and something have a political influence.

The Democrats haven't put enough money into to state governor races and it's hurting them. They have recently made a push to get more invested in state Governorship's but they are way behind the Republicans.

And another win for conservatives! I talked about this in an older thread. A calif law that made private centers that are against abortion advertise where a female can get a free abortion. Struck it down! The Scotus is really nailing it right now.
