IRS loophole: playing away games against the Chargers is technically a home game

The cap is fictional. They can sign Campbell and Romo.

It's too bad Malik was such a piece of human garbage. We could have stopped the pats and saved the NFL.

Not both at $12M, unless they don't sign Okung. If Okung goes, it'll be Stephenson and #20 draft pick at OT's.

I sure hope we have moved on from Romo but I think it is more about replacing Ware than not landing Romo.

He'd be a great addition but a huge hit to our budget, I'm kind of on the fence with this.

You know as well as I do that there are ways of making the first year cap hit next to nothing, even if the average is $15-20 mil per year. And with the way the cap is going up, it's going to be more a case of teams setting their own caps vs trying to stay under the league ones.

Can't they still restructure DT if they need cap space?

1st year yes, 2nd year no. That's why I make a 2 year spreadsheet. And my spreadsheet indicates that they can't fit both at $12M unless Okung leaves. Otherwise Romo is severely reduced.

Ok, WARES PRODUCTION, not as an OLB but from the DE.

By getting Campbell they can roll with Ray starting at OLB in place of Ware and still get the production from both guys combined. Signing Campbell makes the entire front better.

Great player, leader, well thought of by teammates and still in his potential prime.
