Lowest-graded player at every position in NFL Week 6

Wide receiver: Demaryius Thomas, Denver Broncos, 38.5

Demaryius Thomas had a Thursday night game to forget, as he caught just five passes on 10 targets. He gained just 37 yards—a mere 13 of those coming after the catch. Thomas also had a dropped pass and a key fumble as Denver was driving down the field late in the game.

It's funny people don't care about these articles bashing players for how they played unless it is Tebow then they get their panties in a bunch.

DT has been in the top ten in drops every single year of his career as a starter except one...where he finished 11th.

He will be good for 10 + bone headed, drive killing drops and 2-3 fumbles a year. He isn't doing anything to fix it. Think about how much his 60 some drops/10 fumbles in his Broncos career have potentially impacted games.

I am normally a homer and full on support everyone through thick and thin... but after years of watching uninterested no fire DT half ass it, I can't help it. I don't like the dude at all. Hope he turns it around, but not holding my breath.

Am i the only one who doesn't equate dropping passes with losing focus? Running wrong routes would be losing focus. Not bothering to sell out on a block is losing focus. You can easily argue dropping passes is a result of focusing too much.

Hate to say it but it's official DT is softer than whale poop.

Yeah, soft enough to be the best WR in franchise history.

That would be Rod Smith, followed by Big Eddie McCaffrey.

Actually, #2 would be Shannon Sharpe, but Eddie was pretty damn good.

Funnily...Smith had problems with drops too. His work ethic though was off the charts.

I would take Brandon Marshall over DT any day (minus the distractions).

Yeah, the great ones usually play for 4 different teams in 9 years.

Yeah I wouldn't go that far. But Rod and McCaffrey for certain.

DT is still on pace for a 1000 yard season. I hope he can get back on track. He has had some really unfortunate drops including the one on Monday which would have been a big gain. I'm hoping he can end up with more than 1,300 yards but he'll need to start going off on almost every game to get there.

Just don't understand how someone who's 6'3 230 doesn't steamroll. Watched first round bust Darrius Heyward-Bey truck a guy this past Sunday DT should be able to do that every game imo. Needs a heart transplant ala Steve Smith.

When that guy smoked him on the sidelines I knew that killed any chance of a big play from DT for the rest of the day, he just wilts when people get physical with him.

I'll give him props on the great sideline grab. That and the Sanders catch were awesome. Young QBs need that from the WR's.

Definitely. Those are the types of big boy plays the Broncos need from him at that cap number.

DT is a great player.

I like that our fanbase demands more, its a good thing. But tarnishing a guy who is a willing blocker and makes a drop or 2 game is rediculous to me.
