Can't determine the exact precinct someone is in because they lack a typical street address? Fine, here's your state and federal ballot. P.s. we're working on a way to classify voters for local elections that won't rob anyone of their most important right.

This is not a hard problem, but as already been said the real goal is not to preserve the integrity of local elections, it's to disenfranchise undersirable voters. The GOP loves this as they know they are utterly ****ed without such dirty tactics.

This.

Cheating is the only way these GOP jackals can maintain their undemocratic minority rule.

They know they don't have the numbers.

Before that map's outline, the Sioux lived further east nearer the great lakes until the Iroquois killed a bunch of them and drove them further west, where they drove off and/or killed the Cheyenne, Mandan, and various other small tribes.

They are unabashedly anti-democratic, pro-authoritarian, and exhibit a considerable number of the underlying core components in their worldview that fascists and extremist followers of Hitler do. They should be relegated to the role of an anti-American movement by history and regarded as a rogue element fighting against the interests of the country.

Republicans are no longer a political party in a republic. They're an ideologically driven faction committed to single party rule. They no longer give a damn about democracy.
