And this declaration disputes exactly what?

Exactly...

Just saying 'it's fox or (fill in the blank _____) disproves nothing.

Yep.

Eventually, all the other villagers get tired of humoring the boy who cried wolf.

Hannity is such a liar that he gets his own personal file at Politifact: http://www.politifact.com/personalities/sean-hannity/

The blows keep coming...

Looks like Muellers fake investigation is imploding in spectacular fashion.

One judge has now "picked apart" Mueller's indictment of several Russian nationals.

Eric Dubelier, a lawyer representing one of the Russian interests listed in the indictment, said the firm he represents didn't exist during the time period Mueller's allegations denote.

Dubelier said Mueller effectively "indicted the proverbial ham sandwich."

UH-oh........

Because Attorneys don't have a duty to speak the truth themselves in Court, no reason not to use every defense in and out of the books.

However, it looks like Dubelier is making some argument for non-existant business (that he claims to not even represent), based on some tenuous nexus to it not being a registered US business at the time of the alleged crime. That being said, plenty of evidence out there that Concord Catering existed since at least 1996...

Quote:
The feds claim that Prigozhin owns the Internet Research Agency (which allegedly oversaw the illegal U.S. "trolling" labor from to 2014 to 2017), though he denies this. He admits to partial ownership of Concord Catering and Concord Management, neither of which are alleged to have engaged in the online ****posting that the agency did. They were added to the U.S. sanctions list last June because of their link to Prigozhin (who has been on the sanctions list since 2016) and to Mueller's February indictment because the Justice Deparment claims they financed the Internet Research Agency's work.

As to the claim that Concord didn't exist during the last U.S. presidential election: There are myriad old references to Concord Catering in Russian media, and press releases about Concord events and openings in Russia say that it was founded in 1996. It also still seems to be operational today. It's unclear if or when Concord Catering began doing any business in the United States. Searches of Nexis business info, the SEC database, and the National Business Register turn up no results for any company called Concord Catering except a small and unrelated business in Arizona.
I'm going to leave off reference sources to match Yoda's continued nonsense.

Meanwhile, on planet Earth...

The Senate Intelligence Committee has determined that the U.S. intelligence community was correct in assessing that Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election with the aim of helping then-candidate Donald Trump, contradicting findings House Republicans reached last month.

Doesn't matter. Unless they can show proof Trump conspired with them. Russia interfered to help Bernie Sanders also.

The relevance is that the House said "no Russian interference," despite mounds of evidence to the contrary. It doesn't really have to do with collusion at this point. Just absolutely bizzarre that the House would come to that decision... Well, not that bizarre, since Nunes was pushing it. That dude is weasily.

Mueller can't indict a sitting President. This investigation will wrap up soon and will not be ending with some big indictment of the President or impeachment. Will dems cry more or less than when Hilliarity lost?

How could Trump have stopped the Russians from doing what they most likely appear to have done?
