Refs most likely took multiple points off the board. Then maybe the worse offensive PI call I've ever personally seen.

If we were lucky in the end, it only balanced a few other things out.

This was a win over a pretty good team on the road. Those have been hard to come by in the last couple years, so I'm happy with it.

I'm no fan of Joseph, but I think he was right about this.

ďI donít want to challenge it ó get the call right. How about that? Donít always put it on us. Get the call right,Ē Joseph said, adding that he thought Keenum scored but didnít have a view on the field or from upstairs. ďIf you donít have a view upstairs, how can you challenge it with no view? Itís going to be inconclusive, and itís going to go back to the field call. If it was good, get it right like we have to. How about that?Ē

I agree. There was a deficiency in calling that game properly and this is just another example.

I agree that the officiating in these situations appears to be getting worse, but you have to have some strategy for this. It went right before a possession break. He had all the time in the world. The announcers certainly had enough time to look and say it looked like a score, as most of us had time to see.

You're not guaranteed challenge wins the way this **** show is run regardless. You play the averages. Hell, he could've walked over and asked Keenum what he thought over gatorade with how much time he had.

VJ made a good call. Likely would have lost otherwise.

Guilty of treason.

If you challenge there and lose though, which they probably would have, you lose the timeout and the game.

1. Hindsight
2. I don't necessarily believe the league's story on how they would have ruled
3. It's impossible to say how the rest of the game would've played out. We wasted a bit of time at the beginning of our drive that we couldn't have with less time.

Re-watching the game right now... the personal foul call on Justin Simmons during the Chargers 1st drive in the 3rd quarter... awful. Just awful.

When Pete Morelli announced it, he said “after the play was over”, which is insane, because it was Simmons contacting the receiver and getting there at the same time as the ball which caused the play to be over.

I cannot stand p***Y calls like that. What the heck was Simmons suppsed to do there

I guess Chubb had a sack removed thinking it was a run play by rivers

He was never credited with a sack on that play, it was an obvious busted run play.

He was initially and then it was changed. I saw stats on sites like espn with 2sacks for Chubb during the game.

I immediately looked at ESPN (Elias) stats after the play. Chubb's sack total remained at one, but his TFL went from 1 to 2. It was a busted running play and not a QB intending to pass situation.
