Not for nothing, but who ever made a huge decision based on where their sibling lives?

John Lynch confirmed today that the 49ers had a trade agreed for Talib but he didn't want to come so they cancelled the deal and landed Sherman instead.

If Chubb or Barkley are there at 5 and we havenít put ourselves in a position to draft one of them over the questionable low 1st/2nd round qbs in this draft, especially with Kelly just hanging out on the roster, will be a huge mistake.

North Jersey's Art Stapleton reports free agent OG Andrew Norwell has narrowed his three finalists to the Giants, 49ers, and Colts.

One league source reportedly told Stapleton the Giants are "all-in" on Norwell. The All-Pro guard has been linked to the Giants all offseason, but it appears the cap-flush 49ers and Colts are making one last push. Browns RG Kevin Zeitler received $12 million annually last offseason and Norwell's deal is expected to exceed that.

St. Paul Pioneer Press' Chris Tomasson reports the Vikings have interest in re-signing G Joe Berger.

Tomasson continues that three other unnamed teams have also "expressed interest" in Berger. Berger planned to retire after starting every game at right guard for the Vikings last season but has since had second thoughts. He turns 36 in May and would fill a pressing need on Minnesota's interior line.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports the Dolphins have emerged as the "front-runner" for free agent WR Albert Wilson.

Rapoport also reports the market is "hotter than expected" for Wilson, who set career-highs across the board with a 42-554-3 line in 2017. Wilson will be 25 in July and was quietly graded as Pro Football Focus' 24th-overall receiver last season. He would shore up a need for the Dolphins, who have already traded Jarvis Landry this offseason.

Shaq will generate interest, the pass rusher/EDGE market is dog****.

But teams do value draft picks a whole lot, but there have been a ****load of trades, so maybe not as much anymore?

CLE have the last pic of the 2nd and the 1st pick of the 3rd. I could see one of those pics being used to get Barrett.

Im expecting a team with a lot of cap space and a couple of 2nd rounders to come calling.

Thank you Talib for saving me a selection.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports free agent QB Case Keenum intends to sign with the Broncos.

Yahoo's Charles Robinson confirmed Schefter's report. The Broncos reportedly decided against committing to Kirk Cousins, who would undoubtedly command a mega-deal. Perhaps Denver also realized that Cousins wasn’t coming there. The Broncos have been linked to Keenum throughout the offseason since the 30-year-old was first signed by Denver senior personnel advisor Gary Kubiak as an UDFA when the two were together with the Texans. This shouldn’t preclude the Broncos from using the No. 5 overall pick on a quarterback.

If the Broncos draft a QB #5....Req, Son and many others are gonna lose their collective minds like hippies tripping on acid.

Elway usually telegrahs his 1st round pick by signing someone and then saying the position is full so they can take BPA with the pick.

QB lines right up with this. Even more obvious than last year with the LT.
