Kap and Brock weren't going to be bridge signings. They were going to get long-term deals.

Yes, sorry I worded that poorly, I only meant the Sanchez signing was to be a bridge.

I agree....Iím a hardcore NFL fan and the kneeling, fist raising has me not buying merchandise and considering walking away.

The penalties are ridiculous. We still donít know if they fixed the catch rule & we bring in the ridiculous leading with the head rule. Then the NFL Chanel is promoting flag football. Is this where Roger is heading? Europe style football?

One more gripe. The preseason package is horrible. They have AI customer service, black out local games and it costs $99. Are you kidding me It should come with the Sunday ticket and you should be able to select local announcers.

Iím not a Roger fan. I think heís tanking the game.

NHL Center Ice lets you pick the broadcast feed, keeps games archived for later viewing, and has a bunch of other features.

The Sunday Ticket is the NFL taking a dump on your couch and calling it a football but because the game of football is so great people will pay to watch. It's ****ty and it drives me nuts that I have to take their ****ty product to watch the games. ****ing blows.

The Vikings first string offense only played one series, the defense played 2 (7 plays)

They gave up one scoring drive and 2 big runs in that time. So what you are saying is that they lacked pride on 2 plays, and the rookie CB playing in his first game that they targeted lacks talent?

No one was pushed all over the place. There wasn't even time for that really. There's a weird amount of confirmation bias going on around here.
99% of Bronco fans were hopeful with Keenum and CHJ saying we are ready to put up 30 points a game.

Then the game started. The Vikings smoked us like a team moving from championship to SB caliber. We looked overwhelmed & lost.

Everyone collectively saying....here we go again!!!!

Then I hear that we didnít gameplan, key players pulled at the last minute, etc

My confidence level with VJ is at zero. Iíd say Iím not alone.

I agre 100%. Roger is a fat cat which says we are a football monopoly. Where else are you gonna go?

Quality of product going down. Prices going up. Not a good model.

Why do people always throw Roger around like this is all him. Is anyone aware of how the NFL is run and the decisions are made?

You aren't alone, but there is a lack of perspective going on. Rarely do teams game-plan for preseason, much less the 1st preseason game. We didn't last year either, and I specifically remember thinking that Denver looked surprisingly composed and competent for preseason....outside of Lynch. Established stars often get pull really early, or don't play at all. Half of Philly's starters didn't play the first week, I don't think any of the Rams did.

That doesn't mean we won't suck, it doesn't mean will.

I don't fault people for not having confidence in VJ. It's perfectly logical based on last season's performance. It's also just an emotional fear response. Expect the worst and it won't be so bad. It puts a filter over what you see and how you react to things.

Preseason games are always the same, but coming off a great season, if you look sloppy in the preseason, it is ignored. Come off a bad one....and the sky is falling. Mark Sanchez was a savior in the 2016 preseason after game 1...didn't even make the team. Christian Ponder and Blaine Gabbert looked all world in game 2 putting up 30+ points.

I certainly get it, and people are welcome to be afraid, concerned or Mad. I'm just preaching patience until real games, there is just such a huge difference.

Preseason game 3 is the most important. If the starters play for a significant amount of time, and VJ, during the "dress rehearsal" game, looks lost then it is time to panic.
