Here's the premise: The phrases "individual liberty" and "corporate rights" are interchangeable.

Agree, or disagree?

You have 'individual' liberty.

But you aren't constrained to 'individual' liberty.

You also have liberties while hanging out in groups. After all, there's no 'freedom of assembly' if you surrender all your rights in doing so.

Assuming they put 20% down on the house when they bought it, the payment on a 30 year fixed, 4.5% rate mortgage would be almost $5,000 before considering taxes and insurance.
Even if making $200k combined with his wife (150/50) then a $5k mortgage payment isn't unreasonable in many markets. I assume he lives in DC?

We don't know the deets... If he had 30 friends all going to a game and splitting the costs then it may be fine.

What if somebody in the group disagrees with the rest of the group? Whose rights prevail?

I've gone to a game with 30 people. It didn't cost remotely close to $200,000.

Depends on the agreement, contract, or charter the group joins under.

The rights of individuals are dependent on contract law?

Actor and comedian Chevy Chase was born Cornelius Crane Chase on October 8, 1943, in New York City. His grandmother nicknamed him Chevy Chase after the wealthy Maryland community.

Opposition unable to stop it, would be the correct way to phrase that.
