The complete quote, including the part this little weasel didn't include in his OP:

Quote:
"We have to be ready to, you know, not do anything inappropriate, not do anything improper, certainly not do anything unlawful," he said. "But to the extent that they want to have a fight, let's do it. You want to rumble, let's rumble. You want to have a knife fight, we're gonna do it."
Just another bull**** thread by moRon, proving once again how dishonest he is as he mimics the serial liar leading his cult.

It would be just like liberals to show up to a gunfight with a knife.

To the alt-right, anybody trying to stop their drive for single party rule is the enemy. The Right has always had this "victim" propaganda going for them. "They hate us because we're the real Christians. They hate us because we're the real patriots." blah blah blah
It's similar to what the Russians do, claiming victimhood while being the aggressor.

In other words, the quote illustrates perfectly how he's talking out both sides of his ass with this contradictory statement.

"now I'm not saying do anything illegal now... just take it the full extent of whatever you perceive I really want you to do (wink, wink).

I don't think anybody has to worry about the Democrats in any kind of fight, political or otherwise. Certainly nothing that worries the Republicans. Back in the days of LBJ the Dems knew that "You grab them by the balls and their minds will follow." These days, you mention the word "Balls" and the Dems go, "EWWWWW!"

"Democrats are to political courage what Velveeta is to cheese."

Maybe you've not been watching the local and state-wide elections since the ****hole president took office.

It's not just the blue wave resulting in Dem candidates...including large numbers of women...winning elections and upsetting established GOP incumbents and those running in deep red states, it's also the behind-the-scenes work that Holder is doing with Obama, working on fixing the huge redistricting and gerrymandering done by the GOP.

Given the strategic nature of that initiative and its likelihood of continued success, if the Dems do in fact take back the Congress in November, I'd say that constitutes a decent fight.

They've won and controlled government before. The question is, what will they do with it when they have it? Face it, the Dems are entirely gutless servants of Wall Street, Big Pharma, Big Tech, etc. It wasn't the Republicans who took single payer off the table. It was Obama. Why didn't any of the pirates on Wall Street go to jail after 2008, even thought the FBI stated that they'd found evidence of "wide-spread fraud?" Because Holder and Obama chose not to investigate or prosecute. Obama chose to bail them out instead. Who killed the idea of Medicare for all in the Dem platform? Feinstein (and others) who gets wads of money from Big Pharma. As far as the DNC is concerned right now, their biggest enemy is not the Republicans. It's the progressives in their own party.

The Dems will win office because the majority of American are coming to despise Trump and the Republicans and will now give the Dems a shot in desperation. If the Dems can still show no balls, and have no agenda other than social justice, two years later they'll put the Republicans back in. The country is starting to swing toward progressive politics. The question is, will the Dems lead the way, or try and obstruct? It's the independents that will call the tune in the future. If the Dems want to lead, they better ditch that Clinton triangulation bull**** and find their traditional FDR voice. Like Bob Dylan sang, if you can't lend a hand, get out of way.

I think Maher's piece was perfect. The Dems have to stand up and fight for something other than just trying to win office because the other guys suck worse.

All of that is for another day. As you yourself have noted several times, the most important thing NOW is to get the madman out of office. That is what this mid-term is all about.

In 2018, that's the only issue....PERIOD.

However, you're overlooking something else. There are now a lot of new faces runnning...and winning for the Dems. They aren't career politicians, they're pissed off citizens.

That more than anything, ought to terrify the Rump cultists and their traitors in the GOP Congress. So yes...it's a real fight.

Itís kinda like the Dems do with Christians...they donít really want anything to do with them but will use their own values against them.

Of course, Dems donít seem to have any consistent values so itís a bit of a game.

Riiiight...because those "Christians" never act in opposition to their own vaunted "values," or anything.

It's all just a conspiracy by Democrats to defame them.

Holder's such a beta male. Talks like he's gangsta but he'd get crushed by a middle school girl.

Trump represents the tipping point where at least one half of the electorate got tired of watching the two major parties lie to them constantly and then to pursue global goals at the expense of American goals.

It had gotten so bad that we took the first guy who said heíd turn over tables there.
