Da *** We are talking about the GM position here. That is a leadership position not a line worker. What is your definition of a good leader? For me it is a person who is a positive agent for change. Nothing is static, the world changes every day, those who win are able to adapt and get those they lead to follow their vision.

My favorite part of all footsteps threads is where he writes a "War and Peace" length response when his articulateness fails to shine through. Great stuff.
