Chargers played single high all game and they couldn’t get him 1 deep ball?

Unreal...

One long ball (duck) to Sanders (Defensive Holding) was only time I can remember them trying to go deep. Maybe they were afraid to try anything with makeshift Oline?

His speed in the open field surprised me yesterday. Looks like a complete receiver.

Musgrave has finally realized Keenum flat out sucks going down field.

But they still need to do it with Sutton. The ball likely won’t even be close enough but Sutton draws PI calls like crazy. Especially against smaller CBs.

Coaches don't want it. Passive, play not to lose football is a staple of Vance Joseph.

Yep, take deep drops to throw long developing patterns with a make shift offensive line against a good pass rushing team. Sounds like a solid strategy to me.

I doubt deep shots were in the game plan.

And what, get Keenum killed while the play develops?

A play action to a go route with 1 on 1 is relatively safe on all accounts... considering we had a decent running threat.

Was frustrating watching running plays that drew the whole defense away from Sutton leaving him 1 on 1. McDaniels making a living off this type of ****.

What running plays? They only gave Lindsay the ball 3 times in the 1st half.

Not sure you should take Jerry Jones seriously.

It’s early, but LVE looks like a great pick for them.

Vance Joseph is the poor man's John Fox. Hopefully we get make proper use of Sutton on his rookie deal.
