Trump looks so enthused standing with Nato Secretary General.

China, Syria, NATO.... He's (Trump) getting his hat handed to him.

I'm betting China wouldn't be too keen on a unified and liberated Korea with plans for a HUGE U.S. Naval base near Pyongyan.

A soldier's mothers worst nightmare, two trigger happy morons slinging **** at each other. Especially one whose son is now in that region. I figured something like this would happen but not within 3 months.

Sounds like it's coming from a source in S. Korea. Some people say it's not accurate and some are saying it's from a less than reliable spot. So it seems like the jury is out on the buildup between DPRK and China.

The way to resolve "conflicts" like these is to put the tRump
Spawn in uniform.

A diplomatic solution would materialize so fast your head would spin.

Thanks for making my point for me.

The point was that NK stopped processing plutonium in 1994 and didn't start up again until 2002 (thanks to Flightsuit's ham-fisted policy.)

Can you tell me why NK was developing ICBMs?

You should answer your own rhetorical question, i.e., what good is an ICBM without a nuclear warhead?

At any rate, President Forrest Trump is making the same mistakes as his GOP predecessor Dumbya.

Same bunch of clueless, inexperienced and unqualified hacks at State who don't understand that (a) NK has historically been open to diplomacy and talks, and (b) if you want to get NK to go along with any sort of non-proliferation agreement, then you need to approach them in such a way that they don't lose face (Westerners who know nothing about the culture fail to appreciate the importance of this.)

Why do you think Trump is trigger happy? All we seen so far is alot bluffing.

NK is something the past 3 administrations failed on. So what do you want? Sanctions? Treaties? A nuclear NK with the ability to strike at the US? Here is a recap of the past 24yrs

Clinton - Signs pacts with NK and gives them incentives for halting all R&D on nukes.
NK - Ok, we will just develop ballistic missiles instead.

Bush - We will starve them to death with sanctions
NK - So what if a few million die from starvation, oh wait... let me test this nuke real quick

Obama - We will let the international community help us in dealing with NK
NK - Hey, here is some lube so it wont be so sore while I test a 20 kiloton nuke and launch some missiles over Japan

Because he's a moron who hasn't thought the consequences of military action through.

Sort of like his Republican predecessor the unelected pinhead.

I don't get what you're saying. Nukes, missiles... its all the same. You don't have one without the other. For you to say NK didn't develop nukes while Clinton was president is OK. Yeah, to bad they were developing missiles instead. And you honestly think that NK wasn't able to continue to develop nukes without the world knowing? You are one very naive person. You are talking about a dictator who would starve his people to develop WMD's is trust worthy. Are you freaking serious

, the hell do you know about Koreans? Suddenly you're an expert? Just because you ate some bulgogi doesn't make you know the Korean culture.

We get it, SleepingTiger. Previous administrations haven't taken the right steps towards NK.

But now what? Can't undo the past, so how should we deal with NK today?

You keep answering your own question and making my point for me.

You can't stop another nation state from acquiring conventional weapons, but we were successful in getting an agreement from NK to stop processing plutonium.

You have no proof. All you have is the usual right-wing propaganda targeted at bed wetters like yourself.

Meanwhile, here in reality, the IAEA inspectors had full access until Dumbya sabotaged the 1994 agreement, so we already have it on authority that NK stopped processing plutonium during that period.

You're absolutely correct. But I never claimed I knew anything about Koreans. I just find it laughable that memebot 2000 is suddenly an expert on not just Koreans, but North Koreans.

FYI, I was stationed in Osan AFB. I worked with South Koreans and North Koreans. I had Korean girl friends. I am not an expert about the Korean culture, but I know enough to keep myself out of trouble.

Yeah, what was I thinking?

Forrest Trump and his State Department are all highly-qualified, well-studied and experienced experts on the region.

What's laughable is that you won't actually deny what I said.

You're really failing as a Trumpanzee here.

Just like you failed as a Bush apologist.
