Itís a transition year with a new QB and a re-organized defense. But the Raiders gave up and we just beat the Chargers on the road so itís basically going to be Broncos vs Chiefs for the division IMO.

The Chiefs knew this was going to be a transition year and are working to load up for 2019& 2020. 3 draft picks in the first 2 rds and a lot of cash next Spring.

But yeah with Andy Reid you are going to good enough to make the playoffs most years. I think they are a 9 win team this season.

With Andy Reid you can also look forward to lots of ugly playoff losses.

Who gives a fuq about the KC Alsorans? The annual NFL Participants' trophy will be in their case soon enough.

Andy Reid playoff record before Alex Smith: 10-9, 5 conference championships, 1 SB appearance.

Andy Reid playoff record with Alex Smith: 1-4

Huh I wonder what the difference could be?

Eagles vs queefs? A lot of those losses are on him. Choked all the time as a favorite.

Past 20 years Denver leads the series with multiple playoff wins and 3 rings. What does KC have to show for it? About as much as your integrity for keeping your word? Where did your parents fail in raising a man?

You are writing off the Chargers and penciling in the queefs after 1 week?

So true. You can always count on that guy to lose in mind-numbing fashion when it counts, whether it be running out the clock on himself or forgetting that Kareem Hunt is on his team.

Hahaha. Those stats are with Philadelphia. He is 10-9 with Philly, but only 1-4 with the Chefs. ZERO conference championship or Super Bowl appearances. Try again.

Check out these head coaches who have beat him in playoff games. Fassell, Whisenhunt, Wade, Gruden, Fox, Pagano, Munchek, and Tomlin. None of those coaches are exactly considered good head coaches.

Trotter was spot on saying they usually were outcoached in the playoffs.

True story. Don't know what it is about Andy, but he always chokes when it matters. Norv Turner syndrome.

Andy Reid is the worst time management since Rams old coach would waste timeouts. I forgot what the probability was for winning that Colts game but it was well over 90% and he found a way to lose it in epic fashion. Those fans really have nothing else going for them in life so they hang on to hope knowing they aren't the only loser in town.

From Reddit:

When the Chiefs head to Pittsburgh this Sunday it will have been 11,592 days since the Chiefs last won there. That last win came December 21st, 1986.

Alex Smith is why your defense has had multiple epic defensive collapses in the playoffs? Huh.

When you guys had Smiff you guys were always here pumping his playoff game logs as a reason you could win a SB. Word from the queef fans was he is as good as any in the playoffs.

You and I both know the retreads were the reason why KC could never do anything in the playoffs. Alex, for example did just enough to lose in the playoffs pretty much every time.

I don't expect Pat to lead us to the SB this year, but those retread days are over. Thank god.

But yours, yours are just beginning.

Oh chiefs fans.... Its like Bullwinkle j Moose trying to pull a rabbit out of his hat. "This time for sure".
A little reminder. The Broncos: Eight Superbowls in four separate decades. Yah 0-4 in the first four. 3-1 in the last four.
I know theres a thread in the OM somewhere about what was going on when the chiefs last went to a SB. Like not every household had a color tv....the USA hadnt landed on the moon yet. Eight track tape was the new thing. etc....
I tell my kids chiefs fans are pathethic because the try and try to make fun of Bronco fans in our down years especially when they make the playoffs and we dont. Only to lose in the first round in Ever Embarassing fashion.

I think you are stretching this just a bit. Week 1 does not define the season.

The Broncos are a top, pillar NFL franchise. They play on a different level than the chiefs. Always has been the case and always will be

Itís like comparing the Lakers, Yankees, etc. vs. Phoenix Suns, Brewers, etc.

Organizations play at different levels with different objectives. Sure the latter group would ďloveĒ to win, but they donít really play with the big boys, historically.

Chiefs fans never accept this reality, though.
