Hey,

I have decided to put up a website.

I have yet to do anything.

My scripting skills are very limited. My question is:

Do you guys have any reccomendations for an easy program to make a pretty simple webpage? Also what do you reccomend I do for an ip address? I believe I have a free one from comcast.
