Montana State has one hell of a QB. Hell Montana does too. Both could end up in the NFL.

What is sad is you repeating yourself three times in one thread...... just looking for a responce.

Why are you so infatuated with pointing out NUs schedule?

Troll (from urbandictionary.com) : One who posts a deliberately provocative message to a newsgroup or message board with the intention of causing maximum disruption and argument.

....... and you are calling me sad?

Montana State qb punts aswell. MSU was a decent team. But if you're the Cowboys you have to put up more yards and points then they did. Both state schools (my state anyways), are trying out this 2 qb system trying to find a starter. It's going to hurt them in the long run.

On another note, I watched the younger brother of the Nebraska Qb play a HS game the other night. He plays for Norman, has a tremedous arm.

I didn't know he punted the ball as well. I should go watch the Griz or the Bearcats play sometime. For smaller schools they always have good teams.

Is it Taylors brother? From what I was told Taylor has a pretty good arm as well with some zip on it to. How old is his younger brother?

I gotta ask, what was the deal with Taylor this weekend NU fan? Reports have it that he didnt exacty look fantastic? I guess we will get to see your school on TV next week so I'm sure they will come under much criticism if they play like they did last weekend.

It's the Bobcats, not Bearcats. They are two pretty good teams, I spent a lot of my time last year in Missoula watching the Griz and now I live here in Bozeman, home of the Bobcats. They are pretty jacked here about the performance over the weekend. Hopefully it will be a great year for Montana Football. Oh, and not to mention, the three-peat NAIA champs are from about 60 miles north in Helena, Carroll College Fighting Saints.

I think he's a junior. I'll see if I can find the story from the game from the Daily Jokelahoman and post it up here. I think he tossed for over 300 yards. And in Oklahoma high school football that's alot.

Edit: The original story isn't up anymore. He had 275 yards and 3 touchdowns. I'll try and follow him the next few weeks and see what he does.

I have no idea, he was supposed to be the second coming of Turner Gill, but apparently looked like $hit. Check out this article, at least the D pulled their heads out of their arses this weekend.

Well our best TE is not playing and one of our best WR's is out for sometime as well. Hardy, who is about our best guy playing right now dropped two easy td passes. We will just have to see how he improves from week to week.

Not bad considering the circumstances.

Like every team in the nation, we'll improve as the season continue .

Methinks someone fell off his high horse and may not be able to accept the sea of purple swarming their running game yet

I'm sure the rust coming off the team for this first game will be no indication of the future for the offense, and especially at QB. My next thought was, how did the revamped offense look? Did the playcalling look more crisp? I know that was a real troublespot for you all last year. By the way, who is on the rest of your non-conference schedule?

yeah, but still man, they're a semi-decent divII team, hell U of Montana smoked them last year by like 40.

Yeah I hear ya, but the OU faithful on this board have been quieted with this loss, and subsquently the loss (I would assume) of any National Championship hopes.

Every team lays eggs like this on occasion though, so I don't make too big a deal out of it.

I didn't see it either man. My bro did and he said that we had 11 sacks, we only had 15 as a team all of last year. He said the team looked rattled. First game jitters maybe.
