there is no telling, I don't even think Kenny Rogers sounds like that..........I know he use to be a drunk though, that's the only thing I can figure, that skit was done at the height of the Jackass popularity, it's about 5 years old.

SNL's not exactly a laugh riot anymore. I can't stand MadTv, though. And it's always on Comedy Central nowadays. They showed the 50 "greatest" MadTv episodes over the holidays. What an oxymoron that was.
