The largest employer where I live has an annual budget of over $600 million and more than 3,000 full-time employees.
“White applicants need not apply”
A “white person will be never be hired or even be interviewed for any open employment position posted” The only exception is when the only candidate applying for the position is white and all other employees have refused an in-house transfer. If this white person is hired they will never be considered for promotion to any other job and they will be openly discriminated against by all the other employees on a daily basis. Perfectly legal to do in the U.S.
