Default Did Demaryius and Wes attend the voluntary workout today?

Browsing through the Broncos site and can't find any picture of them.

It would be pretty apocalyptic if they missed that cable broom-handle machine work-out.

Absolutely imperative to catching a football.

It's the Total Gym, except Chuck Norris designed a special version for the Broncos. All those players are pulling on the same single cable at the same time. That cable is connected to a bellows that heats Bowlen's giant still in the basement.

Good news, guys. The Broncos just hired a new strength and conditioning coach to really add some power to our guys.

I heard the shake weight was really a core exercise in the workouts. The focus was really on proper technique and fundamentals with the shake weight.

I enjoy a good shake weight session. I think that's what he calls it.

Whats really cool is that the Shake Weight gives you cab fare too, so less DUI's on the team. Elway sure is smart.

If they're still rehabbing - that's probably where they were at.
