And to be clear, I am not arguing that McDaniels is better at drafting as Elway - Elway is very resourceful with the team he puts together.

I'm just saying, people do not understand how horrendus other teams draft throughout years to judge McDaniels on this scale.

You just got a bunch of followers riding the "I HATE MCDANIELS!!!!" train and mindlessly write off everything he's done. Nobody can think for themselves.

I don't care if it were McDaniels or anyone else was in charge from 2009-2010...I judge it based on the facts.

I could see them trading up for a CB. I don't know if any of them are worth moving way up to 16-20 or so . . . . . Maybe MLB, if one of them is a true 3-down guy.

Bottom line- if you are prepared to trade up for a player A) make sure he's the real deal and B) Invest enough time to properly develop said player.

McD failed on both.
The 2009 roster was horrible.

http://www.pro-football-reference.co...009_roster.htm

There's only three starters left in the NFL from that 2009 roster, Matt Prater, Ryan Clady, and Brandon Marshall. Eddie Royal may count as a starter, Knowshon also, Dumervil, and after them that's it.

Wow, 5 years later and some of the players are older than they were...

In 2009 Dumerville and Champ were pro-bowlers in their Prime, and DJ Williams was a pretty good player too (although he probably was never used right).

Kuper, Wiegman, Hamilton, Dawkins, Graham were all good players with good careers who have since retired. Granted some of them were past their primes, but the average career is around 3 years in the NFL. You shouldn't be surprised that players from 5 years ago have retired.

Not that I don't agree that the roster was terrible, just look at the front 7, but judging by the players left in the league after 5 years is just dumb.

Just Aaron Donald, but not sure he slips past 12.

Maybe Barr if he slips to the teens, thats about it.

Draft is WAY too deep to waste picks and move up.

I would love to have Mike Evans... but he just doesn't make this team a whole lot better. Once Brock takes over it would be more than just nice to have Dthomas and Mike Evans.... so I would consider trading up for him. He is going to be special.

Mosley I'm not sold on, but if they are... the need is big enough that I could see us doing it.

HaHa would be a great play-maker added to this team....

Gilbert - this is a for sure trade up and nab if he falls even a little in my book. Gilbert, Talib, Harris, Ward... wtf is the Legion of Boom?

If Gilbert goes to high.... sit and wait, nab that guard from UCLA or Mosley. Once one of those two comes off the board, consider moving up.

Maybe we should change his name to a symbol like Prince did. Or an emoticon.

Biggest question who do you think FO would trade up for?

I would move up 15 spots for Evans.
