I expect us to draft WR early (either the 1st or 2nd) and pick up second tier WR in FA. Someone like James Jones out of GB or Sidney Rice.

And I was hoping Worilds wouldn't be tagged, because he would filled that DE slot of us. Wonder when Lamar Woodley is going to be cut.

Most likely not, Steelers will continue to restructure deal after deal until they can afford everyone when the cap hits $200m.

Big Ben restructured 2011, 2012 and 2013
Heath Miller restructured 2011, 2013 and 2014
Ike Taylor restructured 2012 and 2013
Timmons restructured 2012 and 2013
Woodley restructured 2012 and 2013

They are a real mess.

I see the other worst cap managed team in the NFL are at it again.

Dallas just restructured Sean Lee and Orlando Scandrick clearing $7m in space after they just restructured Romo's new deal clearing $10m. They have now pushed back another fortune and are just $1m over the cap.

So, the Broncos just prefer washed up, older MLBs.

I get it now.

Anyone else hoping the Bronco's make a short run at Lamarr Houston? He may not be a complete player but he can pass rush, has progressed each year, is still young, and shouldn't command a lot of money. I do think it is a red flag that Oakland didn't resign him considering they have a ton of cap space.

I started a thread about it in another forum a couple of months ago. He's one of the more underrated DE's in football and has the size that Del Rio loves. He'll be expensive, but he grew up in Colorado Springs. That might be the edge JE needs to talk him into coming here.

He doesn't have overwhelming stats but with Von teams wouldn't be able to double team Houston like they were able to in Oakland.

We need to replace/upgrade Ayers and bring in great depth. I hope they can bring Phillips back and Sly develops more.

MLB and Safety are bigger needs but I think we could sign Houston for good value, maybe throw in some incentives.

Who about Micheal Oher at RT. Move Franklin down to G.

An Oline of Clady , Vasquez, Manny, Franklin and Oher

Somehow Denver needs to find a power running game and this Oline would be a great start.

Add a WR like Correlle Patterson/Randall Cobb Mr Do it all (this WR draft is sick so Denver needs to take advantage and get an impact player at #31) and I would be happy on the offensive side.

Depends on what kind of deal he is willing to take, he would have to return punts as well.

He didn't have the scoring like he did in the past but I read he set his career yardage high which is all we need, get the ball to the 35 or better without turning it over and this team sets a new scoring record. It has to be for the right price though.
