Default Raiders Game in oakland (12/29)

Hey all,

Was thinking of driving up to Oakland for the Game this weekend. Have been to a bunch of games at Qualcomm but never any games in Oakland.

What is the environment like there?
Is it unsafe to bring kids? in Broncos Jerseys?
Will there be more broncos fans there than raiders fans, considering their record?

Trying to determine whether or not to go to the game with some family and perhaps some older kids.

Thanks for the help!

Don't know about all that BUT it would probably be a great time. Go for it and represent the Bronco Nation. Have a safe trip. Yell for MY MAN Peyton for me.

Never been but L.A. wasn't very inviting. I would not bring kids first time up.

I would suggest you stay home. The "Black Hole" can be down right unfriendly, depending on where you sit, especially to Broncos fans. JMHO

I'm going today and been a few times in the past. It really isn't bad in Oakland. I've actually seen more fights in Denver and San Francisco and even Arizona. However I don't talk crap in Oakland as an opposing fan or I would imagine it could be ugly.

I have been to 50+ games in Denver and have never seen a fight. Went to 1 Denver/faider game in LA and saw maybe 10 fights, You do the math. I hope no one got beaten, stabbed or shot if they went to the game today.
