I predict Welker will not play in the first playoff game.
I think he will be cleared to play but will still personally feel lingering effects

They should've done tests on him when they knew he was taking 40 minute showers.

It's all going to come down to his 40 time. We will see.

Will he still be on the sideline at least? Just tell him to eyeball the opposing QB the entire game.

Try keeping your composure with this guy staring at you.

its smart to hold him out of the rest of the season, with the playoffs upcoming we cant risk another concussion and having a player like that be out for the playoffs that would suck.

They are doing the smart thing with Wes I commend it it

Color me crazy but I think Welker's year is done. I also think there is a 3rd concussion in there that no one is talking about. I think he got knocked out in the game AT KC. Or am I confused and his first concussion was while getting tackled from behind against KC where he fumbled while going down but was able to come to in time to recover.

Vegas doesn't like withholding concussion info and neither does the NFL. If there was 3, we'd know about it.

Agree with the 2te sets. That combined with making sure Moreno is 100% in 2 weeks means more Montee and I'm looking forward to that.

If we can't win these last two games and shore up home field advantage w/out Welker then we've got much bigger problems and need not worry about the playoffs.

I am all for resting him up, he needs the time off. Only thing that worries me is if we lose Decker or DT god forbid.

Caldwell converted a 4th down and had 2 TD's but with only 4 true WR's on the roster we get thin quick if a guy goes down.

It is funny how we run a base 3 Wide set but only have 4 WR's on the roster.

One would think with JT, Dreesen, and Tamme we would have plenty of depth at receiving packages.

Didn't really like last week's plan of using Caldwell for Decker and moving Decker inside. Tamme only had like 10 or so snaps. With Decker coming on the last few weeks, would much rather see Tamme in the slot and Caldwell on the bench with Decker in his normal position.

I like the 2TE sets. But it's more important what you do out of the set or formation and how you make it look. One of the things that made the "Shannahan" system work was whether it was run or pass the line played the same. Right now one of the Broncos successes is that the passing plays all look a like. But the running plays like different and make it easier to stop.

Tamme should flex out to slot. Caldwell should ride pine.

Tamme must have pissed someone off. He is easily Bronco's best 5th rec.. I don't have to remind you about last year.

That kid is the type bryan belicheck always finds for pastriots.
