Jimbo Fisher, a saban clone.

Texas wants to make a giant splash. Couldn't do it with Saban.

Fisher isn't that good of a coach. He has brought in some great classes but except for this season always underachieves, including last year.

Maybe so, but he'll cash in at Texas.

Then the state of Florida will be owned by the Gators, once again.

Some reports that Bill O'Brien trying to go back to the NFL.

This could affect us since that's the job Golden always wanted. Thing is now the NCAA cloud has passed from Miami and he has started really restocking the cupboard of talent so wenshould be good for awhile...and he would be walking into 2 more years of no bowls if he left for PSU. That said, he loves PSU so much he might do it anyway.

Lol.

FSU is taking your stud back and we are taking one of your stud corners.

UF is being picked apart. You best focus more on UCLA....they have a much brighter future than UF.

I don't see Fisher leaving FSU. Texas better go hire James Franklin if they can't get Shaw or Briles.

Maybe someone could start a separate college football thread wherein we wouldn't have to wade through all of the miami crap. Or at least be allowed to put mods on ignore.

O'Brien is the best thing to happen to that program since the **** storm a couple years ago.

Don't get me wrong, I hate Penn State and would love to see him go...but on the other hand the B10 needs to be strong and having him stay only helps the conference.

What is his buyout?

Seriously! In a non-gay man way, I admire that mans testicles. That call to go for it in quadruple overtime against Michigan, Osbourne-esque.

I was at that game and in the stands near where Belton scored.

Easily the best game I ever saw in person.

And Saban isn't a God in Alabama, he is the shadow of Bryant there still.
He can make his own legend though in Texas...

Umm, actually he is.

I am not. I actually went to NC State.

A guy I used to work with is an alum, and he and his ROTC buddies have an annual weekend RV trip to State College that I've gone to the last several years. My personal record at Beaver Stadium is 7-0.

I wish I had such a sparkling record when I've gone to see the Broncos.

I remember it vividly because I was studying for an anatomy practical on the urinary track and reproductive system. As a result I kept saying "oops, epididymis" whenever Michigans kicker missed a field goal. While taking the exam I got to to the cadavers testicles and started giggling, which really pissed off my professor, but I wasn't laughing at the mans junk, I was simply laughing remembering Michigans kicker missing and looking back at the coach like "oops, epididymis".
