Please don't come back, you suck at "controlling" organization.

I think it's just lip service or at least I'm hoping that's the case

Redskins stick with RG3 and get a little relief from losing a 1st rounder.

If Shanny sticks around for 2014, he gets that important pick and gets an unneeded offensive player because it was a B.A.P. in the draft. Then the circle is complete.

Thing is he doesn't want to move Cousins, he wants him to be full time starter.

I am sure that is the real reason but you really think that would happen? RG3 is there to stay. He is going through what Cam Newton happened last year. He will be back next year and doing well.

Why do people keep saying this lie. Cam's INT's from year one to year two went DOWN. RGIII more then doubled his total from the year before. Cam's QB rating went up from year one to year two. It didn't drop 20 points like RGIII. His rushing yards didn't drop in half like RGIII's did either. People are over playing Cam's year one to year two so they can try and feel better about how poorly RGIII has looked this year.

Newtons revival is more tied to having a stellar QB coach this season.

It's not a revival it's a progression and change in attitude brought on by Shula and Jerry West. Dorsey has little to do with it.

He also wanted to prove John Beck as a starting NFL QB. I would have canned Shanny already and went after Shaw or O'Brien.

Wrong. Rivera said before the season even began that he was the best thing they did all offseason.

Try again.

Which is smart, but Snyder wants to go RGIII all the way. If he's too dense to trust what his eyes show him, at that point it would best if Shanny got canned and then resurfaced with maybe even the team that will have traded for Cousins.

He should've his released RGIII if that was the case.

RG3 is Snyders boy. That's why he has started all year. And releasing him for free would be dumb even if he got the green light to get rid of him which he won't.

The theory is Griffin didn't have an offseason to work with the coaches or the skill players on O. Griffin didn't play in the preseason at all. Started game one with a knee brace on his plant foot.

There's some plausibility to the theory, but I do wonder how Griffin will look in the future since the read option isn't a long term success plan like it was in 2012.

They made 3 staff changes and barely did anything in FA. The draft and the staff changes was all they did. 1/4 is the best move they made. Oh wow.

Also, he had already worked with Dorsey at IMG along with Weinke. So no, I don't buy that one season with a guy he already worked with who was a pro scout before all of a sudden awoke something in him that his previous QB coach and current OC did not.

Griffin should have sat for the first 4-6 weeks of the season. He tried to be Adrian Peterson and you can't do that as a QB who needs to run to open up the offense fully. The OL and WR corp is not good enough to hide you.

It showed with RGIII and now it's showing with Cousins.

Don't forget that the only thing holding RG3 knee together BEFORE the injury was a rubberband.

Damn that's pretty good running for a guy on a rubber band.

Rg3 was flat out dominant last year. Without him, shanahan isn't coaching this year. That's the irony of it all, RG3 saved shanny lol

Well, Griffin has 460 yds rushing in 13 games this year, so his knee isn't all that bad.

Did you hear the questions they started throwing at him?

2 questions about the game, then... So Mike are you going to get fired? Where do you think you will be coaching next season?

And on, and on. It was brutal.

Wouldn't you think that a 3-11 record brings those questions out?
