People usually get tired after awhile of shouting out into the ether with no response.

Just saying.

yes, popovich.
But it will be hard to ignore reality on sunday.
why is it no-one can say who champ will cover 1 on 1/
why?
could reality have something to do with it?
does everyone agree that champ is just going to loine up on 1 side of the fields and take who-ever comes out to play on his side?
nobody wants to argue that champ is capable of playing press coverage?
cmon champ lovers step up !

wright,
waSHINGTON
or walker. which one does champ cover 1 on 1/
or does he just take whomever lines up on his side of the field?
c'mon champ fans grow a pair! does champ stay on 1 side of the field or does he follow a player regardless of where he loines up ! someone just posted that champ took away the opponents #1 100 % of the time last season, whe else wants to make the same ludicrous statement?

If Champ isn't a shutdown corner anymore, would it be okay with you if he was just an above-average to very good corner?

How good is he allowed to be in your mind?

champ MIGHT, I said MIGHT be able to cover a teams THIRD best WR 1 on 1, but he would still need HELP for deep coverage ! champ has NEVER developed skills in press coverage, he has ALWAYS played 5-7 yards OFF the LOS !
so champ is a liability to our D this season! he is NOT a reliable cover corner, and a liability in certain csituations and that is why the COACHES are taking him off the field when they neeed press coverage and better zone play!
CHAMP, IS AT BEST a situational corner, HARDLY the third best defender on our team.
BEFORE LAST SEASON qb avoided champ, now he is a target !
he is our flowers, our new alexander
the team cooper.
especially if he is left 1 on 1 with ANY WR that can go deep !

So Duke is better? Cause he's been getting owned last few weeks covering WRs like Bowe

And you're basing QBs targeting on how many games this year? Champ hasn't even seen a full game yet.

Sounds like you've just answered your own question about who he's going to cover, then.

why the vitrol? Relax dude. Champ doesn't have to be the #1, shut down corner any more for him to have a significant impact on this team. That's DRC's role now. He doesn't really have to be the #2 guy, Harris has been playing just fine. All champ has to be is better than Kavon Webster or Quentin Jammer for this defense to improve.

Show the man some respect. he's been a fantastic player here for years. If anyone has earned respect of the home-town fans, it's Champ Bailey.

Side note: if you keep ranting like this, lots of folks will put you on ignore. I'm really, really close, I just don't have the patience to wade through you asking idiotic questions over and over and over again. I'm not telling you what to do, you are (presumably) a grown man and will do what you want, just a friendly suggestion.

well thank you for posting something that does not declare CHAMP as the third best defender on the team and then calling me an idiot for suggesting otherwise.
Maybe if a dozen people called you an idiot, moron, imbicile, you might understand the 'vitrol"
These same people cant tell me who champ will cover, or how he will be utilized, they can just stick their heads in the sand and put me on ignorte because they fear the reality of my comments, or they can call me names and make themselves feel more comfortable with champs capabilities because they have condemned his critics.

You bring that stuff on yourself when you repeatedly ask ridiculously irrelevant questions (who do you think he's going to cover?) and constantly bait anybody who will listen with hyperbolic criticisms of one of the team's best defenders over the past decade.

People are going to disagree with you. Deal with it.

You don't even realize posts like this are reinforcing the idiot description. Only an idiot would whine about being called an idiot, then immediately call someone else a moron.
