NBA is a joke. You could put together the best players from the east on all the teams except Miami and Indiana, and still wouldn't get a group of players that could beat either Miami or Indiana. The league is so one sided that its embarrassing.

Not only that, but check out the disparity between the East and the West. Only 3 teams above .500 in the East, 9 in the West with 2 more at .500.

It's only going to get worse when you'll have sub-.500 teams in the East making the playoffs and missing the Lottery as a result, and some teams over .500 in the West miss the playoffs and be in the Lottery. Add the Nuggets in if the Knicks miss the playoffs, and the talent disparity is only going to increase.

Yeah, pacers look tough this year. They controlled that whole game. It's going to be hard for any team to stop them.

Yeah I think they probably are too physical for Miami over a 7 game series

But I'm not betting again Lebron

Pop is hilarious. Last year, he sits his stars against the heat on a TNT national night, almost win the game, and team gets fined thousands of dollars by Stern. Fined for putting up a competitive game. This year Pop sits his stars again on a TNT national night, and WINS the game. Stern was hoping spurs put a lower quality play on the court so he could fine the spurs again. That win was hilarious and kudos to Pop for actually coaching. Showing the spurs bench team is better than most East starting teams.

I haven't seen an implosion like that since the McDaniels era. That second half was disgusting.

Reggie Jackson looks much better this year and Jeremy Lamb is doing a decent job. Steven Adams was also a very nice and needed pick.

Thunder are in great shape. They should be able to go back to the finals this year.

The Thunder's GM is a beast at trading and making moves to add players to the roster. I wish the Bulls had him or someone similar.
Paxson and Forman are pissing me off.
They won't trade Deng, but they won't pay him. They don't want to tank because they don't feel they need to add another star next rose(though thankfully it's almost out of their hands not) & our hopes as of now rest on Nikola Mirotic.

I must admit I was nervous after we lost Harden, but I am so impressed with Presti and his talent evaluation. I have a feeling that Reggie Jackson might be in James Harden's position in a couple of years and we might lose him too.

Thunder will win a championship at some point, whether it be now or in a few years when LeBron slows down.

Also, it's going to be a historic NBA offseason coming up. The free agent class is incredible and the draft should have Jabari Parker, Andrew Wiggins, Joel Embid and Marcus Smart.

Insane amount of talent/potential talent that will be wearing new jerseys next year.

Embiid is picking up the game so quickly. Really like him

I like the thunders chances this year, though I think Indiana will give then trouble. I won't bet against Lebron but I think he'll have to do too much heavy lifting even though he's the best player in the world. That supporting cast is getting worse

No, Thibs hates Gar Forman. He has no issue with Paxson.
Conversely Vinny Del Negro has the issue with Paxson.

For me, I never thought that Harden in his former role was going to determine whether OKC won a title or not. It has always been about getting a legit C who can help out Ibaka in the paint and score 10-13 pts on a consistent basis.
That is why I never understood the trade of Green for Perkins. Yes they had scoring but he is so limited on offense that he needed to be on a team like the Celtics to where he was hidden and acted as a enforcer.
If they can develop Adams, it is going to be ugly for other teams.
People forget that the Heat have maybe 2 more years together as a whole before Bosh or James has to go unless they all take pay cuts(Which LeBron isn't going to do based upon his previous comments about being underpaid for his talent level.)

Thunder have a shot, but it's going to be tough in the West. Very loaded. Blazers and Spurs should be dangerous

Melo for Griffin? CP3+Melo. Does it work if this goes down?

Makes no sense for the Clippers. Melo is a SF acting like a stretch 4 at times.
Griffin is a better overall player in terms of impacting the game, Melo is a elite offensive player.

You have the pieces you need to win a title in LA. Now it is about changing the overall culture and winning big.
