Our defense should be healthy with Champ coming back and DRC should be OK. I can see a Broncos win with a similar score of 27-17, or maybe better.
I liked that with the game on the line and DRC out they were able to get multiple big time stops.

Hope Champ can contribute, DRC is going to have issues with a sore shoulder especially tackling. Hope that thing is number than Mannings hand in 50 degree or less temps!

But the Worst DVOA Ever Watch is still going strong. In fact it's going stronger, because we can now track teams threatening to rank as the worst ever in all four categories. By giving up 34 points to the mediocre Kansas City offense, the Chargers moved themselves into position as one of the worst defenses we've ever tracked. Teams from 2013 now rank among the five worst all-time in offense, defense, special teams, and total DVOA. And yes, these tables plus the table above combine to tell us that if Philip Rivers continues to play out of his gourd, we may a playoff team that also has the worst defense in DVOA history.

Quoted for the truth. I'll never understand why fans sign up at opposing teams forums just to talk shiz. It defies reason for the most part....

I've been a member here for a decade. Probably longer.

How much fun is it with just the same opinion without any rival input? I know at CP we've got Denver fans, Raider fans, and one of the 6 Charger fans. I think it makes for a better experience.

This defense just doesn't work without Hali/Houson...

Simmons on the game, just to rile up as many people as possible:

Quote:
As for this Chiefs-Broncos game: I'm grabbing the points only because the line should be "Broncos by 3" and I'm getting an extra 1.5 points. That's it. Are we sure either of these teams is that good? (Actually, are we sure ANY team in the AFC is that good?) Are we sure we trust Evil Manning outdoors in cold weather after all those wobblers he offered into the wind on Sunday night? (Only 150 yards on 36 passes against a team that doesn't have a pass rush?) Are we sure we trust Jack Del Rio in any big game after we just watched him blow a 24-point lead? (And also, because he's Jack Del Rio?) Everyone's selling on the Chiefs defense because Phil Rivers carved them up last Sunday, but did you watch that game? Phil Rivers was GREAT. He played out of his mind. **** happens. Billy Zima thinks the Chiefs beat Denver or come close.
