Hoping WWIII (my 2008 draft boy!) can come back strong. We don't need him for the Jagwads!

Even if Woodyard and Ayers played, i dont think the Broncos were covering, but I think having Paris Lenon (don't laugh) manning the mike will bring some stability for this week.

Am I silly to be worried about Woodyard's injury being more serious and/or longer term? Maybe it's just because Bradshaw and David Wilson being sidelined recently with neck injuries and of course still-fresh Al Wilson memories.
I still think if Woody was serious it would be out in the media more. I also think he would be "out" instead of doubtful on the injury report.

I would think the same, but then again we are not hearing any news about the type of injury he has. I know every situation is different, but out of nowhere David Wilson said his initial diagnosis is spinal stenosis. That could end his career. Any neck/spinal injuries are very scary.

Again, I hope I'm just reading too much into it.

I think it's a good game for the Broncos to get some practice and run without the defensive play caller and leader....in the situation that Woodyard is injured in the future, etc.

Woody didn't even make any of Clayton's reports on ESPN's NFL Insiders or NFL Live today.

I would love to see Harris and Champ back playing together and rotating in and out just to get on the same page vs the Jags.

Woodyard would be the biggest miss this week but we still are good vs the run with our big DL and it give Paris Hilton Lemon some reps to learn at MLB.

Cannot wait for Von to get back on the field.

I think we beat them by 35. We'll get ahead early and rest Manning late in the 3rd and then Brock will get some snaps and get a TD or two.

They have lost both starting tackles for the year.
Really, how much worse could their back-ups be compared to the starters that are out.

I think Denver should rest Von one more week and get him ready for the Colts.
