Not sure if it was noted here yesterday:

Tom Brady was just a few games away from breaking Drew Brees record of 54 consecutive games with a touchdown pass. But Brady, as New England fell 13-6 in Cincinnati, saw his streak end at 52.

Yeah the Browns worked the Colts. No one is noticing because the Colts are winning, but it doesn't change the fact that the Colts gave up a lot for a bad player.

I still think it's way too soon to call Richardson a bad player, but the price Indy paid for him is indeed looking worse by the game.

Actually, the price is looking better because the draft pick keeps getting worse with every win.

Ironically, he could have tied the record next week against Drew Brees' Saints.

The world works in mysterious ways.

That draft pick is going to essentially be a late 20's pick. Indy still made out like a bandit. They got a 2nd year RB who will keep getting better.

They didn't know Pryor would turn into Colin Kapernick.

I am surprised at the move just from a depth position, Pryor already had his bell rung and had to exit then miss one game in the 1st quarter of the year. At least Flynn can run the O and you already paid him over $6mill guaranteed so why not just keep him at #3 for the year in case Pryor gets hurt again?

Pretty comical.

I understand your logic but it will still be a 1st round pick, probably early to mid 20's which the Browns can leverage to move up if they want to or make another trade.

There was no way they were going to get their 3rd overall pick back but they did just as well before anyone noticed. It is way to early yet to tell if Richardson is bad or just having trouble adjusting to a new team midseason.

Not only that, they drafted a QB in the 4th round, then released him.

Maybe he doesn't, but at worst you have a RB who can give you 900-1,000 yards a season and score 8+ TD's. For a potential 24-32 pick that's pretty good.

No it's not. You can get a 1000 yard back anywhere.

And more teams get in trouble behind that than a little. You can also get a QB anywhere but you don't chance it and take the best guy as earlier as you can.

Not really, KM still has yet to break the 1k mark (was close his rookie year) and is only on pace to get 1059.2 yards this year and everyone thinks he is the best thing since TD.

Do what kFcSTUDLY does and lower your expectations by saying you can find a RB who can get "1k All-Purpose yards anywhere"
