They'd have to throw in a conditional 7th for me to agree to that.

Between DRC, Tony Carter, and Trindon Holliday we don't don't need Peterson and are just fine. I know some people are pissy about Carter giving up garbage time yards last week when the game was on ice but he is a solid CB who can man up with the best. I don't get the dudes who don't like him. I will take guys who work as hard as he does even when faced with giving up size vs the taller and bigger WR's.

That said I can't wait for Champ to get back.

It would be nice to see them even just give Champ a couple snaps here and there to work him back in and be active just from a depth perspective.

Agreed. Carter is a solid sticky cover guy. I think he'll get better too.

Just think, when Champ comes back, Carter is like our 4th CB. We have it pretty good. You could have some chump like Courtland Finnigan as your starting CB..........lol

Don't forget Kayvon Webster, a physical playmaker, who is getting better everyday.

Dude got $10 million from the Seahawks to ride the pine....then after a year, they shipped him to the Raiders, who gave him $6.5 million in guaranteed money to start for them this season....he then got beat out by Terrelle Pryor (which I thought was a good move by Oakland)....then Pryor goes down and Matt Flynn gets his chance to shine and start against a putrid Redskins defense. Flynn ****s his pants and stinks up the joint and then gets demoted to 3rd string after his one start.

Matt Flynn turned that one single epic start with Green Bay in the season finale in 2011 when the Packers rested Aaron Rodgers into about $16.5 million of hardly earned cash.

Kudos to Flynn and the Packers and Seahags for getting something out of him. Hope he's saving his money.

This is why you don't pay back ups to become starters at QB. It rarely ends well. There is always a really good one that people get all up in arms about trying to find the next one but it rarely works.

Matt Flynn is basically like that dude who wins a ton of cash at halftime for throwing some footballs through a hole. God for him.

I don't know. It's just dumb enough to amuse me, I guess.

Either he's making the change because he doesn't take himself seriously at all or he's making the change because he's full of himself to the extent that he thinks the change is apt. Both scenarios make me laugh.

Okay so it's the degree of stupidity you find amusing. I can respect that. In fact, that's the reason I only have 2 members on ignore.

I used to have Cito because he got legit creepy, but haven't had any stalking issues since taking him off.

For the record, I don't keep you around for your stupidity. You surprise me with value sometimes.
