A person signs a contract he should fulfill it. We don't let second stringers go to other teams because they can start on other teams. I always thought college was a step down from the NFL,

I think it's already said he will not leave the broncos during the season. But it's pretty much set that he's gone after the years over which blows.

It seems to work with Bellicheat.

I have no idea what is in the heads of those two guys but JDR has done the head coaching already and might like his situation. As for Gase, I would suspect he would leave for a head coaching job. If we can lose a coach to the Raiders, it shows that coaches just want to get that opportunity to be a head coach...anywhere.

I'd be really surprised if Del Rio walked away from a team on the brink of winning a Super Bowl.

I am in no way going to say that quality coaching doesn't make a difference. But at the NFL level, I'm a firm believer in talent is slightly more important and those calling the shots on FA signings and drafting these player (and even signing undrafted players) is one of the biggest reasons for our turn around.

No disrespect to Fox, Gase or JDR, but it's been Elway and his guys in the front office finding all of these young kick ass players (and Peyton Manning) that have really sparked this turn around for the Broncos.
