Oh after the playoff loss to B-more, i saw someone almost kill a Ravens fan for chanting that Seven Nation Army song or whatever...he was held back though

They can come to the game but wearing paraphernalia deserves constant ridicule by any and all that see it. I wouldnt do anything physically but I would harass and harass and harass to ensure that their experience in OUR HOUSE wasnt enjoyable.... And take the risk that they dont get the last laugh by winning.
I've been to a couple of Broncos games in Oakland. I wouldn't dare wear Bronco colors there, and I'm glad I didn't because I saw a guy wearing an Elway jersey get stabbed (wasn't too near us, and I didn't see the actual stabbing, just the fight and read about it later). Too many criminals/thugs there and yes that's the problem. But the city Oakland is a ****hole anyways, and probably not the best place to draw any conclusions.

What I'm saying is that it's not right. Sure you can give people ****, but there is a limit. I got plenty of grief wearing my Bronco jersey to the game here in Jax a couple of years ago, but I also try not to make a jackass of myself whatever side I'm rooting for - it is a game after all.

So in conclusion, I guess that much like the online world needs moderators to keep the trolls at bay, this policy is unfortunately necessary now.

Sad that this sort of thing is necessary, but from the sound of things (I have family in Seattle) the games are getting rougher and rougher. They're far from the only ones, of course. I was verbally assaulted and physically accosted in DC a couple years ago for having the audacity to wear a Champ Bailey Broncos jersey to a Broncos/Redskins game. After watching these same schmucks verbally abuse an old woman in the beer line, I pointed out the problem children to the Maryland State Police on duty, and they did... Nothing.

Someone said it already, but people pay good money to go to games, buy gear and food and beer, and getting screamed at by some drunken ****wad shouldn't be part of the deal.

It's not entrapment if they announce that they are doing it. They are making it public info for anyone to read. I doubt they really even did it and as another poster mentioned just said they were going to do this.
