They still suck, and you're a laughable loser. Looks like you picked the right team.

The worst team in the NFL beat the SECOND-worst team in the NFL. How is this news?

I would be more concerned about my O not scoring in the 2nd half against the worst team in the NFL who had what 5 total 1st downs?

Dinking and Dunking all the way to 7-9.

The yardage totals for kFc are pretty bad in week 1. No receiver had more than 4 catches and no more than 44 yards.

Charles is on pace for 1200 yards.

Blaine Gabbert is so horrid, but at least you guys won by a bunch. The Jags are obviously in the Teddy Bridgewater sweepstakes.

I didn't think it was possible for my opinion of Blaine Gabbert to get any lower. Then, I watched part of the Chefs game today. Cowboys looked pretty OK tonight. If the Chefs beat Dallas next week, I'll pay attention. For now, they're just a 5 or 6 win team that beat up on a 1 or 2 win team.

I think Jax sits Gabbert next week. They even have an excuse, his injury. Enter Henne.

Alex Smith averaged 5 yards per pass attempt today.

Well, to Jacksonville's credit, they did manage to score 2 points against the Chiefs, so they weren't entirely shut out.

Gabbert is so horrid, even Tebow would be an improvement there.

They will have a lower attendance record than the Raiders. Tebow will not make them worse and sell tickets. New owner needs to realize this and turn that team into the wishbone offense so they eat away a ton of time so the fans can get back in the parking lot to drink their sorrows away.

Or, they could just draft a real QB out of college? Gabbert has sucked from day one but I think they want to give him every opportunity to succeed before they spend another #1 pick on a QB.

I'm surprised Jax didn't take a flyer on at least one QB in this last draft, especially in the later rounds. They could have picked up Bray in the 7th round.

Just bad management decisions by that front office.

I find it hilarious the Chief fans celebrating after having a good game against a terrible Jaguars team that was without its best offensive player in Blackmon, like that would've made a difference.

Blaine Gabbert
Quarterback, Jacksonville Jaguars
Gabbert deserves credit for forging ahead with fractured right thumb, and for continuing to play with a cut on the same hand that needed 15 stitches. But the offense he and the Jaguars put on the field Sunday was historically bad. Gabbert managed just 121 yards and was sacked six times while completing 16 of 35 passes. His average yards per attempt of 3.46 is the seventh-lowest in an NFL game, with a minimum of 20 attempts, since 1960.

One of the worst QB's with a broken hand and the Chiefs are going to the Super Bowl.

I just want to throw this out there for all the kc fans: Alex Smith stats for this game--21 completions on 34 attempts for a staggering 173 yards, 2 TD passes and not INTs. That's an average of 5 yards per pass. His two TD passes averaged 4 yards. The good news is kc did well in the redzone. The bad news is Alex Smith looks like Alex Smith.

Alex Smith is a better name than Croyle, Quinn and Cassel.

Croyle, Quinn and Cassel sounds like an eastcoast law firm.

Still no response at to why kFc's O was unable to score in the 2nd half vs a bad team, down 21 who were lucky to manage a hand full of 1st downs...

To be fair, it wasn't like they needed to do so. Once KC got up 14-2, it was over.

Alex Smith is not going to win or lose games for them.
